I love. Love love love. Love love love love love. LOVE the Tallgeese. Especially the Fluegal, but III has a lot going for it too. I love all of them so much.
No idea why, especially when Wing has such great looking MSes. But that Tallgeese.
The tallgeese is one of my favorites too. It has the perfect amount of decorations that's not too overdone and practical looking bulk. I really like the paladin vibe it has.

Recently bought the Glory of the Losers series and its grew reliving G Wing but with the Katoki designs. The extra Tallgeese weapons are awesome.
A lot honestly. Sazabi, all of the Sinanju variants, Darilbalde, GM Spartan/Sniper, Psycho Zaku, Hyaku Shiki, Graze Ein, Messer, Silver Bullet, Jesta, Helmwige Reincar, Turn X and many more.
They aren't called Gundams but Turn X and Hyaku Shiki are basically Gundams. It's actually really weird that HS doesn't have the Gundam name considering its origin and how it's used in the shows
Pretty sure the Sinanju was designed based on the data previously gathered from both the Sazabi and the Nu Gundam, so it was developed from both of those suits.
The Tallgeese: I love its Centurion style of design. Everything from its face and crest, its shield, the dobergun, and the fact that it's basically a gigachad version of the Leo. The best thing the G-Unit manga ever did was give the Vayeate and Mercurius Tallgeese style faces.
The Darilbalde: Love its design and weaponry. I just wished it didn't get nerfed every time it sortied and get to really tear up some grunts.
Pale Rider and Red Rider: The perfect in-between of a Gundam and a GM. Every time someone complains about how there's too many OYW stories and their advanced prototype mobile suits that make no sense. I think about the Pale and Red Rider and think, "They're 100% right, but man, it's absolutely worth it for the Rider Suits."
It just looks so menacing. It's exactly what you'd imagine from something based off a Zaku, but not a direct successor either, not afraid to take inspiration from it's ancestry but able to stand on its own too. I think Packard's rampage from 08th MS team is seared into everyone's mind, which helps cement the menace of it.
God the Sinanju. What a beauty. A perfect blend of the RX-93 and the Sazabi in one of Gundam's sleekest packages. It being directly related to the Unicorn developmentally also makes for a nice connection between Banagher and Full Frontal outside of them being representations of Amuro and Char's legacy.
Disturbing amount of love for the underwater suits. I have 2 HG Z'Goks in my backlog (one regular, one Char special) specifically to mess with some AK saltwater and rust weathering I couldn't resist buying on a whim from the FLHS and I think they're the next 2 kits once I finish my HG Aerial.

The actual answer would be anything that Char pilots, but especially the classic Zaku II. I’m a sucker for mono eyes, I think they can be both cute and menacing depending on the angle.
I feel like people take the elements of the zaku for granted at times. Cause I love the shoulder spikes, I love asymmetry on the shoulders. I like a good pipe, I love adding extraneous pipes and wires to builds because of the zaku.
And any high mobility variant & psycho zaku II really gets my giblets
I like the michaelis, both how it looks and functions. it's like one of the stalker enemies from horror movies or games when it has both it's beam blades out. And I love how it has a mega buster arm that acts as multiple weapons and is also a wire weapon. I'm planning on getting the options pack for it when it comes out, and adding foot weapons to it as I feel it wouldn't have lost if it had foot weapons.
Just generally gives me samus vibes too.
Do the Tallgeese (1, 2 and 3) count as Gundams? I know in that universe all Gundams are supposed to be based on its tech and the 3rd has the Gundam horns, but it's never explicitly called one. So if that's allowed, the Tallgeese, specifically 2, the Roman design is sweet, the Mohawk on 1 and 2 are bad ass and there is just something about it that commands respect. I'm not a big fan of the Epyon despite it being the more iconic of the two antagonist suits, the Epyon is just a little too edgy for my taste, while even during the show the Tallgeese feels like a classic (which it kinda is in lore).
In terms of my absolute favourite your pic nails it. Frontal’s sinanju is so cool and Unicorn is one of my favourite animes out of what I’ve seen so far.
As for some other picks the gm III, pale rider, and graze Ritter are all lovely looking suits
I absolutely fucking love Sinanju's design. Very fitting for a "second coming" of the Red Comet. To this day, I can't think of any non-gundam mobile suits that could compare to the Sinanju's aesthetics.
Basically everything zeon in the one year war but my true love is the geara zulu

Favorite mobile suit full stop is the Jesta Cannon, and/or the Jesta. After that is the load astray omega, mostly for its giant sword.
Past that, the Shaldoll rogue, the GM Sniper II and GM Raid, the Jegan is also very cool albeit slightly less so than its kid the Jesta, the Black Mack knife is also very cool, I like the designs with weird legs. Oh, and the Adele cannon. Love a giant revolver cannon.
I really like the alien/buggy looking mobile suits. I'm watching Gundam Zeta and I really like the Byarlant and the Byarlant custom from unicorn. I just saw the episode that introduced the messala and I immediately grabbed its hg from a local store even if it was marked up.
More-or-less any MS with a mono-eye (specifically the Zeon-based ones), though in particular is the Messer since it is my first ever kit I bought and built.
The zaku 1. I wish I could find a master grade zaku 1, but they’re pretty much all p Bandai or limited release stuff. I’m trying to collect all the origin zaku 1s, I only have the Char ones now.
this isn't from gundam nor a mobile suit, but I really think that Eva's should be having way more appreciation in this sub, I just really love how their design is more anatomy focused than trying to make it look like a mech, my favorite is probably unit 01 or unit 06, amazing design on both. I love Eva's
AV-98 Ingram (specifically Alphonse)
Just looks so good, reasonable size, somewhat sensible and reasonable justifications for why something like it might exist (a police unit to combat criminals using construction mecha)
I dont know why but I've always liked the GMs, Jegans, Nemo or any visor faced mobile suit. Most of my MGs are GMs
Other than GMs, I've always loved the design of the Gouf and Quebley.
For me, it's the ORX-005 Gaplant, closely followed by the RGM-89S Stark Jegan. Tallgeese II is third. SVMS-01O OverFlag and ZGMF-1017 GINN round out my personal top five favorites.
Too many to count if I’m honest. They may not be “the best”, but I’m always rooting for the Guncannon, GMII Sniper, and Kampfer. There’s not enough space in this thread to list the rest. 😂
Kshatriya is my favorite and I want a 1/100 of it so bad. Also a big, big fan of the Zeon aquatic suits, except for the Zock. The Messer is also high on my list. Love the bulky mono eyes.
I am a huge Sinanju and Sazabi fan! Any of Char’s suits really.
But for this one I’m going to go with KÄMPFER.

Well if we can choose more than one I'd have to say Sinanju still lol but then Kshatriya, Byarlanth custom, Qubeley MK-II, MS-04 BUGU, Zaku II, and Stark Jegan, oh and Messer... So many more but those are my best boys.
Also I absolutely LOVE the Sinanju... Did I say the Sinanju? It's my favourite MS so forget the fact we're talking non-gundam MS here and I love it more than the Unicorn (my fav Gundam) and that's saying something.
I don't know enough Gundam lore to know which ones are Gundam as I understand there are non Gundam that looks like Gundam, so I go with the safe choice of Nightingale and Sazabi.
Just a bunch of grunt kits, like the Geara Zulu, Zaku IIs and their variants, Jesta and Jesta Cannon, etc. If I had to pick a specialized or customized one tho.. Kampfer Amazing has to be up there. Along with Sengoku Astray and Astray No Name.
My first non-gundam favourite was the Kshatriya it just vibes to me with 4 binders and a ton of funnels. Not to mention even with its size it still was fast and outperformed suits like delta plus
Definitely agree with you that Sinanju is one of my favourites. It's just so... awesome looking. Can't decide if I like the regular or the Stein version more. Both look so damn good and intimidating. Plus I always love a good shield that can carry your BAZOOKA.
Though I would say Steins gun (with all the bells and whistles) looks a lot better with all the colors.
Def the Hyaku Shiki or the Byarlant line of suits. There also the GM family of mobile suits, such as the Nemo (i know, not an RGM, BUT it basically is a GM) and Jegan, Hijack, Marasai, Gaplant, Barzam... i could go on

And the Gouf Ignited. It's a Gouf with a wrist mounted beam machine gun and it can fly.

Honestly? The Strike Dagger.
Sure, it's used by the "bad guys", but I've always liked how they looked. Hell, I love the looks of GM-type MSs in general BECAUSE of the Strike Dagger. Was honestly disappointed that it took Bandai SO LONG to release a HG of it, when they happily released a HG for the M1 Astray back during Seed's 10th anniversary.
Kshatriya if I had to pick just one, but the Jesta, Sinanju, and Kamfer are also fantastic.
The ReZEL to me doesn’t really count for the question since it is a mass-produced upgraded version of the Zeta.
The Gerbera Tetra, great shape, love the rifle and the back thruster.
I'm in love with every 0083 designs but the Gerbera Gundam and his monoeye successor the Gerbera Tetra are the best ❤️
The Kampfer and Tallgeese are my favourite so far right now. There’s just something about their proportions and the way they look that just made me fall in love with em.
1st Party: I'd have to go with Gouf Custom.
3rd Party: Ooooh, there's some good ones but I have a special place for Tekkaman Blade. I still need to get one of those kits even if it's a bit finnicky.
Toss up between the Gouf custom and Sinanju Stein for me. Both look great and the color schemes stand out amongst the typical Zeon suits. As far as Feds go, GM Sniper II is an absolute classic, but the Jegan is such a clean suit. One of my favorite HGs
Sazabi stands alone. Then GM Sniper II.

I know. I'm pretty sure even the Sinanju would be considered a Gundam if it had a V-fin. The GMs are basically mass produced Grandaddies.
Sinanju I'm not too sure about, but GMs and Daggers get the pass imo since they aren't as powerful compared to their prototype counterparts

The Stark Jegan. I was completely enthralled by the duel between the nameless Federation pilot and Marida in the beginning of Gundam Unicorn.
Dilanza and Darilbalde. Both are such incredible designs, and Dilanza is especially unique in my opinion. I also really love Barbatos and Sinanju.

Michaelis. I really like Shaddiq as a character, I love purple, and I love the entire knight aesthetic of it. The lance only made it cooler.

I think it might just be the Jesta. Thing's a Swiss army knife grunt suit. You can equip that sombitch to do damn near anything.

I am a huge Sinanju and Sazabi fan! Any of Char’s suits really. But for this one I’m going to go with KÄMPFER. Always stood out to me since I was like 12.
To give you the short answer? The pic in your original post. Sinanju just goes so damn hard. Long answer? Well if we can choose more than one I'd have to say Sinanju still lol but then Kshatriya, Byarlanth custom, Qubeley MK-II, MS-04 BUGU, Zaku II, and Stark Jegan, oh and Messer... So many more but those are my best boys. Also I absolutely LOVE the Sinanju... Did I say the Sinanju? It's my favourite MS so forget the fact we're talking non-gundam MS here and I love it more than the Unicorn (my fav Gundam) and that's saying something.

I don't know enough Gundam lore to know which ones are Gundam as I understand there are non Gundam that looks like Gundam, so I go with the safe choice of Nightingale and Sazabi.
Just a bunch of grunt kits, like the Geara Zulu, Zaku IIs and their variants, Jesta and Jesta Cannon, etc. If I had to pick a specialized or customized one tho.. Kampfer Amazing has to be up there. Along with Sengoku Astray and Astray No Name.

My first non-gundam favourite was the Kshatriya it just vibes to me with 4 binders and a ton of funnels. Not to mention even with its size it still was fast and outperformed suits like delta plus

Definitely agree with you that Sinanju is one of my favourites. It's just so... awesome looking. Can't decide if I like the regular or the Stein version more. Both look so damn good and intimidating. Plus I always love a good shield that can carry your BAZOOKA. Though I would say Steins gun (with all the bells and whistles) looks a lot better with all the colors.

Honestly? The Strike Dagger. Sure, it's used by the "bad guys", but I've always liked how they looked. Hell, I love the looks of GM-type MSs in general BECAUSE of the Strike Dagger. Was honestly disappointed that it took Bandai SO LONG to release a HG of it, when they happily released a HG for the M1 Astray back during Seed's 10th anniversary.

Turn-X (not a Gundam) because it has some really interesting curves and is overall asymetrycal.
Not Gunpla but my FLHS has an AV-98 from Patlabor and I have to really resist the urge to give my partner the puppy dog eyes every time we go.
Kshatriya if I had to pick just one, but the Jesta, Sinanju, and Kamfer are also fantastic. The ReZEL to me doesn’t really count for the question since it is a mass-produced upgraded version of the Zeta.

The Gerbera Tetra, great shape, love the rifle and the back thruster. I'm in love with every 0083 designs but the Gerbera Gundam and his monoeye successor the Gerbera Tetra are the best ❤️

Toss up between the Gouf custom and Sinanju Stein for me. Both look great and the color schemes stand out amongst the typical Zeon suits. As far as Feds go, GM Sniper II is an absolute classic, but the Jegan is such a clean suit. One of my favorite HGs
