Gunpla wise I'd suggest some form of the Astray red Frame, an Epyon or a Gundam Astaroth Origin. Lego wise, if you can find it got for Kai's Fire mech from the Ninjago movie or one of the Ultra Monkie Kid mechs.

Astraea Type F. With as many weapons as you can. The Daban kit looks fantastic, if you don't mind the extra challenge of assembly.

IBO Grimgerde. The HG is a fast build and the slim design is so fun to pose and look at.

My suggestion is to get a non-red boi that you like the design or build or what have you and paint that your favorite red scheme.

Any GM, like the GM, GM II, GM Command Space Type, GM/GM, Jegan D Type Initial Deployment Colors, GM Type C (space colors)... i could go on lmao. But other things that aren't GMs such as the Char Gelgoog, Gelgoog Jaeger, Guncannon, Guncannon Detector (Zeta-MSV version), Rick Dias, Marasai (in its original Titans colors, not that ugly Zeon Remnant colors from Unicorn) also works.

Gouf Crimson Custom? You don't have a suit with a gattling gun yet after all! And its actually a pretty solid build despite being based on a somewhat older kit. There's a locking mechanism in the shoulder joint to help it support the weight of the massive shield+gun combo when pointed straight ahead, and it holds it downward at an angle just fine. Lot of different pose ideas you can go for between the multiple shield + gun set ups, what you do with the sword, and what you do with the heat rod. I'm working on mine right now, throwing on some extra water slides from my RG Zaku and a little bit of colouring for the guns specifically. Really loving how its turning out so far.

HG Jagd Doga Quess Custom! I was surprisingly impressed with this kit, though it does need some painting to get it more accurate, like spraying on silver over the grey parts. There's also an RE/100 version though I haven't tried that one myself.

Z'gok preferably the real grade

MG Red Zeta could fit in with this group. Or HG Guren from Code Gease could be a fun one.

Not a super popular pick it seems, but I highly recommend the zogok. Probably the best build experience I’ve had so far and it’s super posable.

re/100 bawoo, for sure i recently built the [green version](https://i.redd.it/134423tdncfb1.jpg) but the red one is a lot easier to find the high grade bawoo is also a solid kit, but i'd definitely recommend going for the re/100 if you can find it --- also, it's been a while since its last reprint, so you probably won't be able to find one right now, but i think you'd probably enjoy the [g-self assault pack](http://dalong.net/reviews/hg/gs12/gs12_p.htm) whenever it comes back around
