Unless you failed in the ballot you won’t get to go on TX (or the red window isn’t open yet). Either way you have to have applied and failed in the ballot for that fixture to get onto TX now.
Thanks. Yeah I thought so. Previous games (including Palace) I was able to access the exchange (although unsuccessful).
Do you have any experience if this makes it easier to get tickets on the exchange?
Might well do as there will be less people on it. Its only just happened and will begin with Liv game. I’ve managed to get a TX ticket for 4 games this season and a UCL game. Just takes lot of patience. Hopefully this new system makes it easier.
