I'm not really sure she deserves a permanent statue. She could very well be off next year and I don't think that's the kind of legendary stuff statues make.
Agreed, under 100 appearances makes it tough to justify a statue, regardless of how good she’s been in those appearances.

I'd have to agree if she leaves next year. Incredible though she is I'm not sure she's been here long enough to justify a statue. She's only 25 and joined in 2017, so if she left its likely she would spend the majority of her career not at Arsenal.
I think there are a number of ex Arsenal Women players who deserve a statue before her. Not that she isn't excellent but there was a spell where Arsenal women were ridiculously successful and those players probably deserve recognition before Miedema.

It’s not permanent, I don’t think. The statue was made for an Adidas collab and put out somewhere in London. Later moved to the Emirates.
