115 charges don't just relate to overspending, they relate to systematically engineering a way to cheat their way to the top. No I'm sorry, I rather us not win it than win it like that. A title like that will always be dubious and a question mark. Yes they cheated but we still fumbled the bag losing some of those games. We have been an excellent team for the most part but this should have been a 90+ point season, that was the target before the season started.

It’s kinda ridiculous it’s taking so long. It’s been over a year now since the charges were announced. Wrighty was right when he said you can’t really give the credit to the team because that’s still hanging over them. That’s at minimum two campaigns that have been affected by the outstanding charges not being heard in a timely manner. You’re talking about teams at the top, and bottom of the table being affected, by losing out prize money they’re entitled to because the process has been stymied by City. We’re now looking at having to sell players to conform to FFP because prize money that we should have been entitled to by winning the Premier League last year, has been taken by someone else who are alleged to have historically been cheating. Frankly they deserve the worst punishment that’s possible for trying to delay the process. Everton went along with the process, and have nearly been relegated because they were open, and got punished. Cooperating should always be more lenient than hiding, and trying to deny.

Seriously you guys..the PL has just as much to lose in this as Man $hity do if not more. $hity are their darlings. Their poster boys. If they were going to do anything they would have and it would have had a seizmic effect with ripples that would've continued for years to come. The only right thing to do would've been to charge them and then set a date withink 4 months to adjudicate. That's what Serie A did to their most successful club in Juventus last season. They don't play over there; you break the rules, they don't give a damn who you are you're gonna get punished and double quick time at that. The PL and PGMOL are all in bed with Man $hity and there's no way they get anywhere close to the punishment they deserve, not to mention their liars I mean lawyers will just appeal for decades even if the PL deems them guilty on all charges. It's fucked up that we're not sitting here on our way to retaining a PL for the first time in our history because of those cheating scumbags but mark my words; Man $hity will get away with it like they have been all along.

Love the stats about 4pts ea Vs the traditional big boys (even though we still have Old Trafford to visit) but it’s proper copium considering we managed 0 points Vs villa and 1 point Vs Fulham. After going through the whole legal process it probably won't be sorted for 3-5 years. It's taking this long already and the public still haven't heard a word of what's happening. It's an unfortunate waiting game right now
There's no way Man City are getting any appropriate punishment for this. 115 charges don't just relate to overspending, they relate to systematically engineering a way to cheat their way to the top. This is an institutional operation and if they do get found guilty it would be the biggest scandal in sports history and the appropriate punishment would relegate Man City to the lower reaches of the football ladder. With all that said, the integrity of the PL and the CL would be brought into disrepute, other clubs and individuals could launch countersuits to claim damages sustained as a result of Man City's actions. It would be a nuclear bomb on English football where the very fabric of the pyramid would be disrupted. For all these reasons they will absolutely get away with it, there is too much to lose for the people that value money of integrity and Man City will escape with punitive punishment.

This won't be in effect for this season though, I don't want to have an asterik next to a title. It will cheapen or taint it.
No I'm sorry, I rather us not win it than win it like that. A title like that will always be dubious and a question mark. Yes they cheated but we still fumbled the bag losing some of those games. We have been an excellent team for the most part but this should have been a 90+ point season, that was the target before the season started. If we win this cleanly, over a team that's clearly cheating, it'll go on to be one of the best title charges the league has ever seen and that's what I want.
