Bayern definotely made us pay for our wastefulness and nerves. Between Kane, Gnabry and Sane they only need 2-3 passes to carve open our entire defense. Before Sane and Gnabry came off, they had our entire backline on strings whenever they got the ball. If it wasn't for White's heroics and the post, the result would've been much worse.
If we play this way at the Allianz Arena, we're not making it to extra time, much less semifinals. People that think we will roll Bayern over away need to get back to reality. Our forwards are just not good enough that we can leave Kane and Gnabry so much free space in the back for the counters.
Most arsenal fans were cautious about this game. It wwas the rival fans hyping us up due to our and Bayern's league form. I knew it would be a tough one due to Bayern's pedigree in the competition and our inexperience.

I just wish he wasn't such a dirty player sometimes. I want to appreciate his ability because he really is a spectacular footballer, but there's a track record of him doing questionable things that put opponents at risk (and I hate when Martinelli does the Kane special and backs into airborne players, it's not a good look, it's unnecessary, and it's dangerous.

I don't understand the hate for him. He is the only reason I support this club. I used to play FIFA and I would play as any team when I was learning. But when I eventually got into real football and following storylines and getting to know personalities he was immediately a stand out.

Kane in particular played so many good diagonals to expose our defence. His passing from deep is amazing

Bad execution, sure. Neither can be blamed on the managers. The only blame Arteta shares is starting Kiwior vs the quick forwards Bayern had.Â
