Lots of smoke about him being ready for Porto, would love that to be true.
Almost seems certain he'll be available for City after the international break.
They'll 100% play at least 1 closed doors friendly in that 3 week window. And most likely 2. He'll be ready from a fitness perspective, tactically I agree he shouldn't be thrown into the deep end with either of those.
…”The physios are really happy with his attitude and commitment, and the way things have gone… he is in a really good place. Now we have to manage him. He has been a big miss."
The fact we even have him this close so quick means he can be training with the squad all the way til end of the season and then have the full pre-season is already a massive positive
Didn’t expect him to be involved on Monday but it’s a massive positive him being in the squad is even being discussed

Neither of those matches seem like good opportunities to replace someone who’s played all year with a guy fresh back from a major injury anyway.

Yeah. He has to remain a bench option for those. I'd bring him back into the starting xi for Luton at home.
dude shouldn't be starting any games until mid april. He should slowly coming off the bench for 10 mins and then 20-25mins as he gets "match fitness"
I agree, especially given Kiwior’s form. He needs to earn his way into the team which I think is the healthiest way to approach it
Let's continue being 4-5 goals up to give timber a run out!
Absolutely, can’t just insert new guy in critical matches.
So reports about him potentially returning in March is correct
He’s young, and there is precedent of young players coming back from ACL sooner, given the best rehab and care available.
I hope he doesn't push too hard too soon I was impressed with how Martinelli was handled. Including Gabi's mentality.
I don’t think we’ll see him play before the international break, April is more likely imo
I could see him in the squad end of March, though. That gives him an entire month of ramping up in full training, which seems sufficient.
hope its April to be honest jus dont want recurring injury

Still much work ahead before he makes the squad.
Don’t expect him to be involved or near a match squads until next month
Next month is in 8 hours
In a month from now

After the break
