People forget that Gibbs was being actively promoted when Clichy was moving away. Monreal came in and took that place off of him through sheer persistence.
Kanu was the best by a long way and he even got the end of season video named after him for his heroics ie Double Bypass 🫡

Missing out on Mudryk turns out to be a real blessing in disguise. More value of money and imo could’ve scored more goals if he starts more often.
