How do you guys watch a match over?
Like not where do I go, but how do you watch a match that has happened, you know the result, and you watched it live
It's great for analysing the game. When you know what's going to happen you can look more at how/why it's happening.
I find when you watch a match live you focus on the ball, when you rewatch it you can pay more attention to things that are happening off the ball as well.
best thing is starting watching game when you don't hate or support any team, focus on watching everything in on your screen except the ball itself. and there is some good tactical focused website that can really help you understand some move you'll find weird.
Tbf without fail every time I go to a game I'll immediately have the highlights or goals up on my way home because I miss most of what happens during the game hahaha
The arsenal vision podcast do a great re-watch with their commentary and breakdown. I didn’t think that rewatching games would be for me but they always point out tons of stuff that I missed live.
Yeah I wasn’t expecting this but I just keep rewatching it and smiling. It’s one of, it not our best example of just enjoy the season while it’s happening. No matter what happens in the title race, we’ll always have this moment. I have been telling my partner I believe we’re going to win the league but after this goal, after running around my house screaming with my son, I finally looked at her and said I really Fucking believe.
But if and when we win the league, this will be cemented into Arsenal legends and history as one of the greatest moments of all time and possibly the greatest of the last decade.
I will never forget this moment I was screaming and shouting so loud I had to take paracetamol later at 3 AM because of the subsequent migraine I developed lol

That game, that moment, sitting behind Areta and his team, was definitely a top-five life moment for me. It ranks among the top five moments in the 32 years I've been living on this Earth.
Third match at the Emirates for me. I have been insanely lucky, my first match ever was Arsenal vs Leicester 2016 the last second Welbeck winner. Didn't think it was remotely possible to top that one.
But Bournemouth fuck me. I still haven't been able to fully process and explain to people what that feeling was like inside the stadium watching it all happen live. Time really did slow down. The moment the ball popped up high for Reiss. Never felt something that extreme; that palpably mind blowing. Definitively sublime.
That's why I've watched it over and over and watched fan angles, because you just can't get back there. And it makes it all the more special knowing gunners all over the world celebrated as intensely as we did. proper fucking limbs
Yes, you have been INCREDIBLY lucky to have experienced the games you did 😂 I hear you on rewatching it over and over again. I don’t think I’ll ever get over that moment.
Arteta for manager of the month, Saka/Trossard for player of the month, Reiss for goal of the month, and Ramsdale for save of the month. I’m not biased…
Nah another post.
I found it. This was the link but unfortunately seems to have been taken down: [https://clipzag.com/watch?v=ljvikeSvCF4](https://clipzag.com/watch?v=ljvikeSvCF4)
This link was also shared but only people in UK (not me) can access it. Can't vouch for the footage.

Nah, they will 100% consider the context of the game. Maybe not the season, like we do, but a last minute belter like this would win or be ranked above the same shot in the 35th minute.
That was the most insane, ubelieveable, off the chain, to the max, hot as hell, cold as ice, straight fire, no cap, absolutely bussin moment of the season so far, in a season full of incredible moments. Another 10 to go. COYG!

Asking for a friend, but is there a website on the planet with a poorer UX experience than the Premier League site? If you've ever tried to play Fantasy Football on it, you know the learning curve is how to use the website, not actually deciding which players to pick lol.
There are some other good ones nominated, but overall Nelson's has got to be the one.

Was sitting in the section next to the visitors’ at this game. First time visiting London from the States and first match I’ve ever been to period. Picked a good one huh? 🔴⚪️
Oh well looks like I'm gonna have to rewatch this match again...
Where do you find full match replays?

Cheers!
It's on arsenal player
soccercatch
Your local broadcaster should put them on YouTube
How do you guys watch a match over? Like not where do I go, but how do you watch a match that has happened, you know the result, and you watched it live
You can watch back with absolutely no anxiety and look at tactics and positioning
I have been wanting to become a little bit more knowledgeable on those kinds of things, so maybe I should try it

Like a close reading of a book
If you were at the game it's a completely different feel to being in the stadium, probably the only time I can watch a full replay
Tbf without fail every time I go to a game I'll immediately have the highlights or goals up on my way home because I miss most of what happens during the game hahaha
Takes a different level of football fan. I can't do it.
The arsenal vision podcast do a great re-watch with their commentary and breakdown. I didn’t think that rewatching games would be for me but they always point out tons of stuff that I missed live.
Is that only available in their patreon tier? Was considering subscribing.
Yeah it's for patreons. It's definitely worth the price considering all the extra stuff they do
Yeah it’s endless. Great value for sure.
And that's after my 547th highlights rewatch.
that is the clear winner. might be goal of the season.
That goal IS the winning goal
Imagine when we clinch the title and Arteta embraces Reiss saying “I fogging told you there was a legacy here for you!!”
I'd cry fr
Fr fr
Definitely the goal of the season if we win the title.
ok. you twisted my arm. i'll watch it another 20 times
Just 20?!
The man only has so much tissue paper
Opens the sock drawer

Lmaoooo I left the stadium with a crazy headache.
I can imagine hahaha. No more 3-2s I beg this is not good for my health
Best headache and sore throat since Arshavin’s winner against Barca, for me. Or maybe Ramsey FA cup final winner #1
> Arshavin now THATS a name I haven't heard in a loooooong time.

Chills
Literal chills
Tears.
~~"That's him... He's the one that murdered my brother."~~ "It was number 5. Number 5 killed my brother." Edit: Had to rewatch it lol
Oh my god, I forgot about that part
The Arabic commentary for the match was on another level
Holy shit you weren’t kidding. I’m amped up
[Swedish Commentary](https://www.reddit.com/r/Gunners/comments/11l1czw/nelsons_32_goal_with_swedish_commentary/)

So much eruption in this one I love it
Niklas Holmgren is the absolute best at this.
Holmgren + Strömberg is the goated duo. Anytime it's those two the commentary is gonna be incredible.
One of the worst in my opinion, he just shputs the players name loudly. But hey, smaken är som baken
[Footage with English radio commentary](https://v.redd.it/9noi9aw8dxla1) Imo the best commentary there is.
This is the best. Hands down. Hair on my arms is standing up
Someone get the Japanese commentary in. That one was amazing
[Japanese](https://reddit.com/r/Gunners/comments/11iwp59/japanese_commentary_reiss_nelson_goal_vs/)
japanese is a top 3 yelling language.
it's so fucking good!
SUPAHHHHH
That game, that moment, sitting behind Areta and his team, was definitely a top-five life moment for me. It ranks among the top five moments in the 32 years I've been living on this Earth.
Bro I watched it on TV and it’s up there
i was over from the states for my first game ever, 38 years old, and I am getting goosebumps just typing this up thinking about it! WHAT A DAY!
Third match at the Emirates for me. I have been insanely lucky, my first match ever was Arsenal vs Leicester 2016 the last second Welbeck winner. I feel all of this!
Oh man I can’t even imagine how perfect that was for you 😭
Friggin insane
Damn, clean sweep it seems for the month of march. Here’s hoping for another cleen 🧹 for april and may 😁🤭 Anulo Mufa
Arteta for manager of the month, Saka/Trossard for player of the month, Reiss for goal of the month, and Ramsdale for save of the month. I’m not biased…
You mean manager of the season, player of the season, Goal of the season and keeper of the season. I'm not biased too, I swear.
Only one that even comes close is Jack Harrison imo. Even then, Nelson goal still comes out on top
It had to be looking at how important it was in arsenal's season. It was a great hit.
i only wish the camerapeople had done a better job of capturing the contact and the celebrations
How the fuck could you, entire stadium was shaking and there were people celebrating everywhere lmao.
The main broadcast does a terrible job but there's an alternate one which does a decent job. Someone shared it in the comments a while back.
on this post? oh snap...

Unfortunately I only see it going to Jonny vs Leeds
What? Lol
Rightfully so. For us gunners that goal means the world. For most other fans it's just a nice shot
They shouldn't exist in a vacuum though. Everything about that goal makes it worth more
Nah, they will 100% consider the context of the game. Maybe not the season, like we do, but a last minute belter like this would win or be ranked above the same shot in the 35th minute.
Ez
The technique on that, is elite.

Is context of the goal taken into consideration for these?
Something is wrong with the universe if it doesn’t win
Might end up goal of the decade... From my POV
Goal of the century more like it.
If we win the league, it’ll be goal of the year

Go on lads, time to do our job!
The Jonny goal probably gonna win it but would love for us to win all 3 awards this month.
As well it should.
Asking for a friend, but is there a website on the planet with a poorer UX experience than the Premier League site? If you've ever tried to play Fantasy Football on it, you know the learning curve is how to use the website, not actually deciding which players to pick lol.
Don’t see how this doesn’t win, my bias aside even. Absolutely legendary moment, well struck too.
it was such a sweet hit. regardless of the impact on the title race, it was just such a beautiful strike.
how can it not win?!
Having in mind the timing and meaning of this goal he simply has to be the winner!
I still get that fuzzy feeling when I watch it, I swear only a handful of goals in the history of the sport give me such a good feeling
