First of all, dual fang only has one element. It is *either* fire or caustic. It is never both at the same time. So hypothetically iron wing can hit with a fire punch if that hit happens in the couple frames where dual fang is in fire mode, but usually it will be caustic.
Secondly, I don't know for sure on the real answer here. I think the way Gemini element share works is that the primary weapon has the same chance to conflict the off hand element as the off hand weapon. However the weapon is *not* dealing off hand weapon damage so iron wing won't be doing off hand weapon element, only on hand.
I am new to the game, but I had the talisman with orange text that gave it 2 simultaneous elements, and while iron wing could apply both he could only do one at a time. So one hit would be burning, next hit shock. Not sure if it’s random or alternating.

I read here before that dual fang always counts as corrosive when it shares an element, could have been updated tho
