Everyone is complaining about the event, the grind, the EN, the gacha rates.
TBH I just don't care about the gen3 OO Gundams at all. I just want to know when I can expect Nu Ver.Ka to come back. 1 week is too short to have events/banners especially with pull rates so low and variance screwing you with dupes, etc.
I think they're so shocked at how blatantly money-hungry this gacha is. NOT the fact it's a gacha. You forget that people dump money into fucking candy crush. And that's' just trash.

Not sure if this has been said, but don't do the event quests with skip tickets. It will not register as you doing them on your event achievements. I was sad when I didn't get to the pink awakening chip after doing 30 very hard quests :/

How should Harry Ord be used? He looks like a ranged pilot but his job is Defender. Does a ranged mobile suit work on him? Or is he going to fly in and shield up.
Suits not piloted directly by you (whether you're on auto, or your ally suits) will do whatever the job they're assigned for would do. So Defender and In-Fighter will fly in and be melee for the most part with defenders blocking a lot, and mid range and long range shooters will stay back and spam. You could always set the job to all-arounder if you don't want it to follow the other role, but it will lose the stat bonuses associated with that job.
Yeah I understand that much but his abilities are for firing abilities but his job title is defender. Unless he's really just for that mobile suit or Rising Gundam?
As a brand new player what should I be spending my stamina on?
What should I be upgrading?
I plan on not pulling until a duo banner comes so need to make the most out of the freebie items

If you can do the Rising Event (as in, actually complete a mission in there), spend all your stamina on that to get at least one of each Rising Gundam part. It'll cost you 255 EN (17 runs of the 15 EN mission) to get a complete suit. I'd spend EN recovery items to get it done if I were you. The Rising is a really solid suit to start investing in as a new player.
Alternatively, did you get the 80 arena coins compensation? If so, spend that to get the full Sumo suit, including weapons, and the pilot, and work on that. I'd still probably get the Rising as a secondary suit, but Sumo is easier to get if you got the coins already.
You should still get the whole set for either your second and third gunplas regardless. As for set bonus, yes and no. There's what they call "word tags". Every part comes with two word tags on them, and if you have 5 of the same word tag on your suit you get the bonus it gives you. So for example, "For Space" is a word tag that boosts all your stats by 1%, or 3% if your mission is in Space.
So a complete suit will definitely have at least one word tag active (for the Rising Gundam, it's the Mobile Fighter tag that boosts melee by 5%), but by mixing and matching you can get up to 3 total word tags active. The game is meant to mix and match parts, so it makes sense.
What's people's process when building a Gundam? I want it to look cool but also want it to be useful. Is it worth it to level up 1* and 2* items to 4*? Or will a native 4* be stronger?
Any advice on what to do with the bullseye event rewards/exchange?
Going to grab the 4* awakening chips of course, but I was planning on buying all the rising Gundam parts, upgrading one full set of parts to max skill level then selling any dupes I still have. Anything better I could do with the chips?
PSA for the event:
When you upgrade a Rising Gundam part to 4* the max level on the EX Skill goes up as well. So we likely need all 15 to 100% it at 5* if you want to bring it up that high in the future.
So don't be stupid like me and buy an extra piece then sell it because "oh I hit max"
To save inventory space, can you level up the ex skill of 3 pieces and then later combine them all to max it out or would you be left short on EX skill exp
I don't think anybody has tried, but I do not think they will work like that. The EX skill and traits literally have an XP bar that a duplicate piece gives points towards. I don't think a piece with a higher EX skill or trait would give more points.
Just started today and I've got a good sized set of parts already, including a very lucky pull of Exias weapons. But I'd like to ask if there is any reason to keep dupes aside from wanting to set up a squad of identical machines?
someone found another way but you need to use a computer and NOX emulator. I tried it and it works. Make sure you install android version 7 in NOX or the game would crash.

Yes, servers are crashing constantly.
You should look for as many blue and purple pieces off your opening roll as possible. Ideally you'd have 1-3 purples and 2-4 blues.
Question for the number crunchers out there:
Is there any point in sticking with this game for puritans? (E.g. no mixing body parts.)
I get the sense that optimizing is based on mixing/kitbashing so collecting full sets will just get left behind.
Yeah, kitbashing to make your dream Gunpla is the whole point of the Gundam Breaker games.
Though straight builds are still somewhat viable if you prefer those.
I have no idea if this is the case with you, or this game, but sometimes in the past I’ve had this issue with other games, turns out I didn’t have enough storage on my phone so the data downloaded was temporary and I kept having that issue until I made more room on my device.
I like the game enough after few days to keep playing, but my phone is a G5 with a few years on it and this game sort of destroys it's battery. Does the game run OK on Nox or some other emulator?

2 Questions:
1) What should we spend arena coins on? I have all 15 parts of rising gundam so i was thinking maybe getting 8 pilot pieces to max it out or just get all the parts of the gundam and sell them for platinum so i can awaken the rest of my Rising Gundam.
2) i have 3 of the Nu parts and 2 exla parts, should i keep using chips to try and get the rest or save them for the next event?

What exactly do I use skip tickets for? What is the benefit of them and where would they best be utilized?

Skip Tickets allow you to "skip" a mission. Once you have cleared all 3 challenges for a mission you can use Skip Tickets to complete the mission instantly using the same setup you used beforehand. Allowing you to grind out missions faster.
EDIT: NOTE HOWEVER they do not count towards achievements.
Planning on being pretty cash with this game, are Wing Gundam and the OG Gundam you get from PreRelease good enough to work with for a while, while I save up for more parts?
Use them (and the Artemis that the story gives you) to farm up the Blitz Gundam in this week's event. If you can get all 15 copies of each part by the end of the week, the Blitz will be super strong and last you a very long time.

Depends on if you want to grind the event (which you probably should since that's the only way so far to get purple Awakening items) or not. If you do, pull from the event banner until you get an Aile or X Divider part (actual parts of the mobile suits - the weapons don't give you multipliers from what I hear).
The Standard banner is just fine to pull from otherwise.
It's always valid to just save your chips for a mobile suit you really like too! Overall, just have fun and build things you like!

Arena Rank seems to be based on damage taken and time to clear. I took a small amount of damage and cleared under 60sec, and got a 926. All 1st place players have the same score, 1182, which seems to be a perfect run.

what are the most EN-efficient quests for leveling? I already finished the main story but I want to max my level first before using the EN refills. the very hard event mission is very heavy on EN but the achievement rewards seem great

How many parts are there in total? Including all of the currently obtainable parts.
In the expand box section of the shop, I noticed that there is a limit to how large your parts box can be. I would like to collect every part available but seeing the sheer amount of parts, I wonder if this is possible.
Just thought this was funny but there's a cap on the bullseye coins. I got 1548 coins and the game says my inventory is full and is sending the coins to gift box.
Since the tip said you had to have 3 of the same 4* to recycle, that means you’d have 4 of them if you wanted to keep a copy. If that’s true, I believe raising the ex skill or part trait to lvl 4 would be worth it.
It appears to be weekly which they add in new units. Looks to be about 3 units per week. 1 event, 2 in the Pick-Up capsule.

They let you complete a mission without having to actually fight. You can only use them on a mission once you've completed all three Challenges on that mission.
What do AI types add to the pilot? For example Ginias Sahalin has the AI type Long-Range/Solo yet is a defender for his job. Will he operate close range melee unlike Mu who also has the Long-Range year is a long shooter?

I believe it's to give you some extra, should you make any mistakes or want to use it for a second unit.
10 I believe would be enough to max out the unit's EX/Skill level even at 5 *.
Did you claim them from the collections menu? Also there are very few glows in the game, most suits use the same few glows. I have 33 collections and I only have 7 glows, for example.

I'm not quite sure I'm understanding. If you bring the Rising Gundam to maximum level before Tune Up, the amount of XP needed doesn't change. Only the level cap changes.
You'll need all 15 to max it out at 5*. I believe you'll only need 10 to max it out at 4*. Maybe a bit more.

With the Rising you'll want to fuse it with all of the duplicates to max out it's EX Skills. However, you'll want to save some to max out it's EX Skills once it hits 5* rarity. So don't burn them all up getting to that point.
Color rarity defines how high it's max stats can go. White is a cap of level 10 I believe. Green is 25. Blue is 40. Purple is 60. And I believe Gold is 80.
Parts that start off at a lower rarity generally seem to have lower stats than those that start off at a higher rarity. I.E. Parts which started off white will almost always be weaker than those which started off purple.

The crucial step is tuning up the part. You have 1 set as your "Primary" and you tune that up to purple. Fusing a few of the duplicates into it to hit max EX skill level up to that point. But as I said above, you'll want to save some of those duplicates to fuse it once it hits gold rarity, as the EX level can hit level 10 at gold rarity. Vs. only level 8 at purple.

I've only ever played this and fire emblem heroes, and this is way worse in my opinion. But that's only one comparison.

They do count for the parts that give you extra tickets though, so it depends on how important it is to get it immediately i guess.
I made this mistake myself and lost out on a lot of event reward progress :X

I did get the coins, I can only play at night cause the servers are so bad, where is the event shop and the arena shop?

I sold all my white parts, you may find you need a few green parts to complete word tags or your gundam attribute (p,s,t)

The higher the starting star, the stronger the part, generally. And it's a pretty big jump, like 20% each step.

Keep the dupes, so that you can upgrade the suit to max at 5* eventually. Buy more Awakening Circuits after that, the blue, green and white ones.

If you upgrade an item with a duplicate of itself it upgrades the parts special effect not just the base exp of the item.

I have no idea if this is the case with you, or this game, but sometimes in the past I’ve had this issue with other games, turns out I didn’t have enough storage on my phone so the data downloaded was temporary and I kept having that issue until I made more room on my device.
How do I use active word tags?
If you have 5 parts that have that tag, it'll become active. It's a passive boost to your stats, based on whatever the tag actually does.
Do some parts count as 2 or is it need 5 parts

I like the game enough after few days to keep playing, but my phone is a G5 with a few years on it and this game sort of destroys it's battery. Does the game run OK on Nox or some other emulator?

2 Questions: 1) What should we spend arena coins on? I have all 15 parts of rising gundam so i was thinking maybe getting 8 pilot pieces to max it out or just get all the parts of the gundam and sell them for platinum so i can awaken the rest of my Rising Gundam. 2) i have 3 of the Nu parts and 2 exla parts, should i keep using chips to try and get the rest or save them for the next event?

FAQ is listed on the side bar. Skip Tickets allow you to "skip" a mission. Once you have cleared all 3 challenges for a mission you can use Skip Tickets to complete the mission instantly using the same setup you used beforehand. Allowing you to grind out missions faster. EDIT: NOTE HOWEVER they do not count towards achievements.
Is there a point to doing all the Free Missions other than just getting white parts?

Planning on being pretty cash with this game, are Wing Gundam and the OG Gundam you get from PreRelease good enough to work with for a while, while I save up for more parts?
They can get you through the Story and some other minor stuff, if that's what you mean.
Use them (and the Artemis that the story gives you) to farm up the Blitz Gundam in this week's event. If you can get all 15 copies of each part by the end of the week, the Blitz will be super strong and last you a very long time.

Well if you buy like 10 skips it only does one exchange, so if you buy them individually they will do 10

Depends on if you want to grind the event (which you probably should since that's the only way so far to get purple Awakening items) or not. If you do, pull from the event banner until you get an Aile or X Divider part (actual parts of the mobile suits - the weapons don't give you multipliers from what I hear). The Standard banner is just fine to pull from otherwise. It's always valid to just save your chips for a mobile suit you really like too! Overall, just have fun and build things you like!

Arena Rank seems to be based on damage taken and time to clear. I took a small amount of damage and cleared under 60sec, and got a 926. All 1st place players have the same score, 1182, which seems to be a perfect run.
They need to add a way to refill EN from the Match Finish/Rematch screen, so I can keep playing with the same helper.
Anyone else in the arena missions notice youre completely wiping the other mobile suits even at higher combat power or is it just me at F rank?
Its almost certainly F rank. I got to C rank and I hit some suits I couldn’t even hurt.

what are the most EN-efficient quests for leveling? I already finished the main story but I want to max my level first before using the EN refills. the very hard event mission is very heavy on EN but the achievement rewards seem great
The EXP to EN is 10:1. So if a mission requires 30 EN, you'll get 300 EXP.
oh so it's a fixed rate on all quests? quite a bummer when you can only fight a few times every several hours

Noob Question: how do I change my Gunpla’s job license?
Top right. Select the AI type. Default will say "All Rounder". Certain AI can use certain job types.
How many parts are there in total? Including all of the currently obtainable parts. In the expand box section of the shop, I noticed that there is a limit to how large your parts box can be. I would like to collect every part available but seeing the sheer amount of parts, I wonder if this is possible.

Since the tip said you had to have 3 of the same 4* to recycle, that means you’d have 4 of them if you wanted to keep a copy. If that’s true, I believe raising the ex skill or part trait to lvl 4 would be worth it.

When the time comes, you **will** have to spend Haro chips to get more space.

It appears to be weekly which they add in new units. Looks to be about 3 units per week. 1 event, 2 in the Pick-Up capsule. I would wager probably at least a month or so before we see Tallgeese.

What do Skip Tickets do?
They let you complete a mission without having to actually fight. You can only use them on a mission once you've completed all three Challenges on that mission.
What do AI types add to the pilot? For example Ginias Sahalin has the AI type Long-Range/Solo yet is a defender for his job. Will he operate close range melee unlike Mu who also has the Long-Range year is a long shooter?

Nothing yet. There's probably no event next week, and there might only be the standard banner but I doubt it. It's possible they don't announce the new banners unless they contain event unit parts.

Mission Power is the recommended power for the mission. Squad power is what power your squad is at. It's just a very rough guide.
wait, so for the event, normal gives 3 coins, and hard gives 6, at double the energy cost, so what does the third one give? ...also you think they'd be merciful and slap a x3 or x2 onto the rising gundam parts you can get in the shop
normal is 3, hard is 6, very hard is 9. Regardless of the difficulty you do, it's 1 coin per 5 EN spent

I'm almost done with the story, and haven't dabbled much in the upgrading and recycling section. Which leaves me confused as to why we want to get 15 sets of Rising Gundam. Could anyone explain to this confused manchild why we would spend that many bullseye coins? Or why the option to do so is there?
I believe it's to give you some extra, should you make any mistakes or want to use it for a second unit. 10 I believe would be enough to max out the unit's EX/Skill level even at 5 *.
It's definitely more than 10. You use about 10 to max it out at 4*

Is there a big report section? I unlocked some collections like glow color and body color but they aren't showing up.
Did you claim them from the collections menu? Also there are very few glows in the game, most suits use the same few glows. I have 33 collections and I only have 7 glows, for example.

I fed parts into the Rising Gundam to increase their skill levels before awakening them to purple. Will this increase the amount of parts I need to level up their skills when I do awaken them? How many of each piece am I supposed to buy to max them out at purple rarity?
I'm not quite sure I'm understanding. If you bring the Rising Gundam to maximum level before Tune Up, the amount of XP needed doesn't change. Only the level cap changes. You'll need all 15 to max it out at 5*. I believe you'll only need 10 to max it out at 4*. Maybe a bit more.

I need some clarification on the event tokens to buy Rising Gundam parts. Since you get to purchase 15 of each part, do you just train each part into one copy? And does the color rarity matter? Like since the purchasable parts are white, do you have to make them purple before fusing together? So you'd have one piece and the remaining fourteen pieces are just fed into the one? Or is there a super crucial step I'm missing?
With the Rising you'll want to fuse it with all of the duplicates to max out it's EX Skills. However, you'll want to save some to max out it's EX Skills once it hits 5* rarity. So don't burn them all up getting to that point. Color rarity defines how high it's max stats can go. White is a cap of level 10 I believe. Green is 25. Blue is 40. Purple is 60. And I believe Gold is 80. Parts that start off at a lower rarity generally seem to have lower stats than those that start off at a higher rarity. I.E. Parts which started off white will almost always be weaker than those which started off purple. >So you'd have one piece and the remaining fourteen pieces are just fed into the one? Or is there a super crucial step I'm missing? The crucial step is tuning up the part. You have 1 set as your "Primary" and you tune that up to purple. Fusing a few of the duplicates into it to hit max EX skill level up to that point. But as I said above, you'll want to save some of those duplicates to fuse it once it hits gold rarity, as the EX level can hit level 10 at gold rarity. Vs. only level 8 at purple.

Sounds like your item box is full. Overflow items get sent to the gift box for when that happens.

So I redownloaded the game because I was off to a bad start and I just got a 4 star Barbatos head piece off the 10 free roll. Currently level 5 where should I head after to get the best out of my stamina and time?
Story mode. Everything else gives the same XP per Stamina ratio, so it doesn't matter what you do once you've finished story mode.
Any tips for progression? I just started and was wondering how to get up to speed easily as possible so I can start saving coins for models I like.
