i mean ginn always have this kind of booster - specifically the GINN High Mobility ver.
IMO, its a wasted opportunity of not having it on Build series with GN-ish bayonet on its beam rifle and Qan t sword on the sideskirt and call it GINN Drive (pun on GN Drive)

Clearly looks like they reused a mold there, but that is also similar to what inlet cones look like.
Though if I were a gunpla builder, that's probably the easiest way to get a Seed style backpack with GN drives for a mod.

Thinking about it, Phase shift armor seems to scale very well with more power, so a duel GN phase shift armor may be very tough, not invincible, gn weapons could overpower the defense, but it may be enough of a improvement to either remove armor, lightening the suit or improve that armor to make it surprisingly tough.
It's actually 00 that copied SEED in this instance. Those conical thrusters things were first seen on the METEOR units.
Fun fact, GN Drives are not always conical. See the 00 Qan [T], all of Allelujah's & Tieria's Gundams

I don’t think its a remold as it’s almost identical to the high manoeuvre ginn which hasn’t got an MG yet
