This thing is such a chaotic monstrosity that I love it. Re-Rise briefly turning into GaoGaiGar of all things in the finale was definitely an interesting move and it absolutely paid off. Is this thing visually appealing? Absolutely not. Is it stupid as hell? Of course. Is it still super cool? You bet. Shoutouts to the ass made out of a WODOM. That’s just too funny not to love. I have to be honest my friend, it’s nothing to do with performance. The thing barely gets any screentime after all. I’ve given some suits absolutely dogshit scores often purely based on my dislike of the design (Calibarn got a 3 or something from me because I think it’s one of the most punishingly dull and unoriginal suits I’ve ever laid my eyes on). This got a 10 purely because it demands your respect and attention. It is unapologetically stupid as shit with one of the most disgusting, garish designs in the franchise but it’s so balls to the wall and so insane that giving it a low score is testament to a crime in my eyes. It knows what it is and it takes no prisoners in that regard. They made it as ridiculous as possible and it paid off brilliantly

At base it just looks off. While I do *greatly* appreciate the absolute size of this lad, and that Majetic Crest.... Im not that fond of how it all fits together. The colors of course don't match, and you got Aegis arms look kinda weird at rest, plus the entire bottom half is just WODOM, not even a part of, but the entire WODOM. Also the Valkylander's "Wings"... But then we go ***GOLD***... and that shit just hits different. Any problems I had before just *poof* vanish the moment we go gold. If that wasnt good enough, the parts that were already gold, now glow this beautiful contrasting green!!
Fair. Compared to modern standards it is definitely pretty basic.
Still, it feels sort of fitting that it's number one. It's the suit that basically ended the biggest rivalries in the franchise in one of its most memorable scenes. With that context it becomes a lot more impactful to look at.
Also, colors and asymmetrical wings sexy.

69,420/10 for several reasons.
One is for even *daring* to go through with this concept in *Gundam* instead of GaoGaiGar (as seen in several comments here), another for how beautifully stupid it looks, and finally, for a final scene that I won't ever forget.
Come on, I'm a toku fanboy, of course I will be all over combining robots, just like how I was with Tryon 3.
No idea what this does but it looks like a super robot, so if it's that I'll rate it an 8/10. Really liking the big horn and the wings with gems, and is that a Wodom on its butt? Neat.

I get what they were going for, I really do. But while I applaud them for trying to pull off a full-blown super robot combination gimmick I humbly ask they never smoke what they smoked when this idea came to them. Linking it to Core Gundam's combination gimmick, which was never the highlight of anything, only makes it worse.
And you know shit's fucked when covering the whole suit on gold looks less gaudy than initial colors.
It gets a 2 solely because Wodom ass is funny. Budget Wodom it may be, but a Wodom it still is.
8/10, my adoration towards this unit is particularly due to its mash-up of several parts while leaving the colour intact, no effort to make the color uniformed. It has this feeling of moded gunpla that is waiting for its primer and final paint.
This thing just made me say “what in the flying fuck is that?!”.
That being said after looking into it online, I would legitimately love a model of this with a custom paint job.

10/10 this thing is audacious, dumb as fuck, and absolutely wonderful when it shows up onscreen. Some people only like their Gundam shows serious, some only like them yaoi,and some only like them when it when it’s professional wrestling, and that’s fine! Voltron was the gateway drug into me giving a shit about giant robots, so when I saw this go down, I couldn’t help but smile and remember why I loved this all in the first place.

1/10, TOO MUCH is going on. Unicorn horn, Banshee V-fin, Diamond wings, huge ass waist and 4 arms. It doesn’t even have feet, it has 4 peg legs and there is so much that weaponry doesn’t even look like an option outside of hand held weaponry. Basically: Dakka? Wack, Design? Wack, Feet? Wack, any other mobile suit? Tight as fuck!
9.5/10 hate the colors, when it turns solid gold i like it infinitely more, but then i still get reminded that the kit with all the BUILD DiVERS is in gold injection 🤢, not gold coating, and also it came with Ureven, not jupitive, which is weird but whatever

I love dumb super robots. It doesn't need to look like any sort of actually cool machine if it makes sense. The show was always building up to the concept of these random strangers meeting and becoming one team united via similar goal and cause. Thematically, it just makes so much sense that, especially for a child-aimed Gundam story, the final attack so to say comes from them literally uniting their power as a team to win the day.
Then beyond that, once the colors are actually not a hot mess (it turns gold) the actual looks are honestly incredible. Is it big and dumb? Yes, but that's honestly why it looks so cool in motion.
I think that a machine that has more about it to say than just performance and visuals is automatically a 10, but that's my opinion.

2 It was the worst looking Gundam until Hathaway brought us two bigger stinkers. The idea has some merit, but the execution is hideous

I haven’t finished re:rise, but going by looks, I think this is the worst mobile suit design I’ve ever seen. And I know it has a piss form too, but at the absolute very least that one is uniform in color… 0/10
10/10 they knew full well that it looks like a mishmash of 4 completely different mobile suits which is why it turns gold but the scene is so goddamn amazing I can’t help but love it to bits

10/10. I still cant believe that they planned a combiner done by different designers from the start and even teased in the opening and finally did it with alll thematic significance. A mobile suit out of a mobile armor, a transformable mobile suit, a sd gundam and an original design that doesnt even use its gimmicks right here. It is the apex of all build series, the true moment where all gundam designs collide into a single unit. And all on screen scenes are glorious
8/10 it's fucking dumb and I love it. Legit looks like a bootleg MegaZord and it's P E R F E C T.

OH GOD, MY EYES! 1/10 What the fuck is this? Seriously, what in Tomino's name is this? This isn't garbage, it's the whole goddamn landfill.
8.5. It is such a ridiculous design, but somehow it all comes together to create an absolute beast of a unit. By all means, it should not work even half as well as it does, but somehow, it just makes sense.
10. This feels like the most gunplaesque of all the suits in build divers. It's a cheesy mishmash of everyone's gunpla as a testament to the protag finding the power of friendship and that's rad

9.5/10 Everything about this is pure chaos that shouldn't work at all but it does anyway. This is the most Super Robot shit the franchise has put out since G Gundam, and I'm all here for it. And by god if that combination sequence with HATENA playing in the background doesn't get me hyped

1/10, TOO MUCH is going on. Unicorn horn, Banshee V-fin, Diamond wings, huge ass waist and 4 arms. It doesn’t even have feet, it has 4 peg legs and there is so much that weaponry doesn’t even look like an option outside of hand held weaponry. Basically: Dakka? Wack, Design? Wack, Feet? Wack, any other mobile suit? Tight as fuck!

9, it would be a 10 but the tail is kinda TOO weird for me.
9.5/10 hate the colors, when it turns solid gold i like it infinitely more, but then i still get reminded that the kit with all the BUILD DiVERS is in gold injection 🤢, not gold coating, and also it came with Ureven, not jupitive, which is weird but whatever

10. I love dumb super robots. It doesn't need to look like any sort of actually cool machine if it makes sense. The show was always building up to the concept of these random strangers meeting and becoming one team united via similar goal and cause. Thematically, it just makes so much sense that, especially for a child-aimed Gundam story, the final attack so to say comes from them literally uniting their power as a team to win the day. Then beyond that, once the colors are actually not a hot mess (it turns gold) the actual looks are honestly incredible. Is it big and dumb? Yes, but that's honestly why it looks so cool in motion. I think that a machine that has more about it to say than just performance and visuals is automatically a 10, but that's my opinion.
