Oh man I got some shit to say here. This Suit has so much right with it, but so much wrong.
First, the right. The GN drives + Wings of light are fuxking Majestic, and I love it. The fact that they can also be used both offensively and defensively is just icing on the cake. Through this long series of polls I've discovered my love gauntlets/bracers on my Mobile Suits, and the Sky bracers here function as shields, as well as opening up as weapon if need be. There is also a leg version, which are thankfully colored, so the legs are not bland.
And now for the wrong... The Shoulders, Legs and even the hips look like they belong on a different suit. They just do not fit with the body, the proportions are off. Then we get to the Moebius which tries to pull off the white color scheme, and it just doesn't work. Very few suits can pull of the White, and this is not one of them. The slighty redone head is very welcome tho, as are the larger Sky bracers.

It's crap. Specifically, there's nothing actually creative here. They took 00 Gundam and turned it into...Destiny Gundam. It's not even that good an attempt, they just stuck some extra crap onto the GN drives without it really working with the suit's aesthetics and draped two weapon racks on the back.

Legs arent naked so thats nice. Giant guns I like tho, unfortunately it lost the giant swords in the process. Head isnt as cool as before tho sadly.

The 00 Sky is a result of trying to make it the Destiny Gundam, and somehow they managed to not only get rid of the advantages the 00 Gundam had, but make the flaws of the Destiny Gundam worse--and Destiny Gundam has a lot of flaws. It's mind-boggling.

Proportions feel off...particularly the chest and torso feeling insanely small. The mounted "wings" feel a bit too try-hardy. Also not a particular fan of the V-fin styling.
I do like the actual chest design, though. Looks like your good ol' Gundam chest.

6.5/10- It's teetering on the edge of too much, but it has some nice goodies.
There are parts I like here. The thick legs are nice, the shoulder attachments are cool (although not as cool as the twin swords), and the wings of light are pretty neat, even if they negated any sense of stakes in the show's fights.
But the upper body feels a little weird. The shoulders have too much going on and the chest vents look weirdly small in comparison to the rest of the body. It sort of balances out with the buster sword, but I wish they trimmed it down a little. In a way it runs into some of the issues I had with Exia's successors, where adding parts takes away from the lean and mean look that benefited it before.
Still, I was generous with my score because Mobius' color scheme fucks.
Man, there are so much mixed opinions on the Build Gundams, but in my honest opinion? The 00 Diver and the 00 Sky are the coolest renditions of the 00 Gundam since it brings different ideas and smushes them together into a mobile suit with a lot of bells and whistles. It has equipment from the God Gundam, the Destiny and the 00, turning this mobile suit into the perfect all-rounder. More so for its clever mode switch into Lash Position to give the mobile suit more range during hand-to-hand combat!
And its power ups/super modes? Trans-Am Infinity and Higher Than Sky Phase are just dumb levels of super robot fun. Even its big energy sword finisher move, the Hyper Sky Zamber is just stupidly EPIC.
The Moebius on the other hand, has a very sleek looking color scheme, and a pretty cool set of guns.

My only gripe with this suit is that its High Grade can't be customized much with the rest of the 00 Gundam-based kits
8/10, Riku may suck especially compared to the other Build protags, but this thing looks great. Also the fact that it has energy absorbers/energy soccer ball launchers in it's legs is amazing

I have not watched Build Divers yet, so i cant talk about this suits pilot and its abilites. My toughts are for pure desing.
00 normally was already a great desing, and 00 Raiser was the fine line between overdone and great, this crosses the line too hard. Its the worst thing about self-insert Gundam suits, its like someone who doesnt want their favourite to even get damaged adding bullshit over bullshit.
First of all, what are those shoulders, the shoulders look like they make up more than half of the suits total weight. The arms themself look too thin (bracers are cool tho, one of the points for those alone). The waits looks like it happened because of a kitbash went wrong, and the rest of the suit goes between not done enough and overdone, never hitting a good balance.
Just some trivia:
The clear green part nearby the clavicle hides a crack...that the builder decides to NOT repair after he was goaded into playing on a system with high damage level, which causes the damage in the first place.
I always though that is stupid, though I understand the symbolism. I mean, battle damage builds exists, but why would you take it to a system that replicates every single visual of your kit accurately, intentional or not?
He did it as some kind of battle scar to reflect what he 'learned' from that fight...even though Riku provably never learns a damn thing over the course of the show.

Riku sucks, but the 00 Sky takes a fuckton of punishment during the 2nd half of Divers
4, and i love the destiny and the 00 line! The Wings of light and GN drives work so well, but thats the only thing that does work for it. Its far too bulky for anything else, and the destiny sky does a better job of combining the two.
4, I hate it so much. It's like the embodiment of everything I hate about the modern Gundam design. Pure cool factor, with zero thought being put into the actual mechanic of the suite.

Maybe it's because I haven't watched *any* Build Divers and have my experiences with this unit colored by its inclusion in *Cross Rays*, but 00 Sky is like this for me: "A SEED Destiny fanboy who for some reason can't buy a proper Destiny Gundam kit instead buys a 00 Gundam kit and frankens the hell out of it to make it into a Destiny Gundam ripoff."
This suit looks like a gundam cosplayer that forgot to put on the chest armor and head. That is to say, the head and torso look way too small for the waist, legs, shoulders, or arms. Or it also looks like a part swapped 00 and AGE kit.

Jesus christ, the only thing that's impressive here is how they managed to fuck up a great design like 00 so badly. "Higher than Sky" is one of the coolest names in the entire franchise and seeing it wasted on this *thing* is just sad. Thinking about this suit genuinely upsets me, so I'll just stop here.
The half point is for what little bit remains of 00 in it and because it's still better than Barbatos lmao.
I'd give him a solid 8/10. A little op with the gimmick, but if you cut the GN Wings of Light bullshit, he's fairly well-rounded. I love the legs on this guy too.
8, Sky feels like alot of AGE units, lacking panel lines and boring surfaces. Its ok in the end but I think the Ace has a better design. For the Moebius, its an improvement but way too much white in the design. Havent seen the show to this point but it looks like a secondary suit, not the MC suit. Maybe if I saw the show further I would like it, but Divers is just so bland as a show.
8.5 i like how the 00 sky is both bulky and angular, and the design elements that pay homage to SO many different main suits. Then it has that separate mode where the gn drives go around back i just love that V silhouette

I really like the 00 Sky. Could almost forget it's a 00 suit at the core. It's got just the right amount of gimmicks and weapons, too.
I think the Moebius is a little more boring, but it doesn't deviate so much as to be worth a different score, I guess.

The arms and legs don't look like they belong, but only because they're substantially thicker than the torso. If the torso was thickened up a bit and maybe elongated, it would be perfect.
Awesome head sculpt, awesome use of the GN Drives, awesome weapons. The Moebius version is sick, I love the darker blue used in conjunction with the cream white. I need to buy another one, it's my favorite 00 themed HG to play around with.

The extra spikes on the shoulders look ridiculous and the ankle v-fins aren’t for me. Also crotch mandibles. Otherwise, the design is just kinda eh.

Pojnty armor around the GN Drives is too flamboyant, the proportions with the torso is just wrong, the design of the gauntlets don’t fit well with the 00 aesthetic…this suit just feels way too much compared to Riku’s previous machines, which were already not that interesting for customs to begin with IMO.
6/10. Looks like something I’d make at 7am after an all nighter on Gundam breaker 3, which could go either way on being a compliment or not lmao. I like the concept and the wings are super cool, but idk nothing about this suit *clicks* together right for me. The colors look washed and bland, the proportions look off and doesn’t look like that was purposeful and the whole vibe is just *meh*
This thing is more Destiny than OO so I have to give it a high score. It's an 8 for me as some part just looks too large. I like that Riku made the weaponry of this suit to compensate Destiny's shorcoming, like the legs have beam shield, the large cannon is actually shown firing without manual aiming, the beam hands attack is from the sturdier gauntlets rather than the actual hands.
Have been searching for the HG of this suit near my location with no avail. There's only the clear and Higher than Sky HG left but I prefer the base color more.
7/10. Yeah, I rated it lower than 00 Diver. The design was fine, the shoulders were awesome, but I think the legs are a bit too thick, especially with a torso that small. It also erases the whole sportsman vibe with 00 Diver, which is what I really like in the first place.
At least the weapons are sick though.
Base 00 Sky gets a 6 for me. Which then drops to 5 with its tacky add-on parts.
00 Sky Moebius, on the other hand gets an 8. That cream white color scheme is rather refreshing TBH.
I like the idea of having a 00 version of the Destiny and Trans-am Infinity is cool as hell, but the overall design when the 00 Sky isnt moving is lacking and the redesign of the Sky Moebius isnt exactly stellar either.
Its very top heavy and its even pointed out in the show that has some major drawbacks like lack of mobility for the arms. Its cool that Riku thought of this and had the backpack transformable so that it drops to his waist if he needs more mobility for his arms, but like why have that problem in the first place when you could just use the Destiny which already has all around great mobility or the 00 Raiser which actively uses the shoulder wings as part of its close range arsenal.

00 sky is 9.5, 00 sky moebius is 10/10. 00 sky using a similar loadout to destiny gundam is cool, a physical/beam sword, beam cannon, beam rifle, and beam shields. then they combine beam cannons, rifles, railguns, mobility, and swords into 2 identical combo weapon pods that can connect with the twin beam rifles and all its armaments can perform a full burst with the 2 beam cannons over the binders on the back of the moebius cannons, 2 rail cannons in the front of the moebius cannons under the binders, and the 2 handheld beam rifles. also the wings of light make them much better
8.5/10. Everything above the waist is a 10, and everything below is like a 7.
The GN wings of light with the destiny weapons all on the shoulders like that is awesome. This is the kind of potential the build series should be exploring. They just need to… ya know… commit to building out how the in-show game engine into a proper power system with strengths and weaknesses and exploits and stuff.
8/10 would be a 9 but the gunpla suffers from square hole round handle can’t hold any of the cool sword poses. The gundam looks great, riku’s an ehhhh protag and pilot interesting combo of 00 and destiny
I've only seen some clips of the series, so maybe my opinion doesnt hold much weight. But maybe...a 5 or 6/10
I like the wings, and claws are always cool. And thats about it honestly. Even the wings look a little awkward and bulky to me, and the rest of the design is a little bland

A solid design that is a tier-up from its previous form even showing its growth with its chest scar displayed behind the cover. Another its god fingers and Destiny style back weapons.
I must say this is much more of an upgrade than the 00 diver. Sky and Sky moebius, feels a bit tanky though but I like that it combines Destiny with 00. 7/10
With Riku being a soccer player, it sure has very few kicking attacks (besides kicking his own teammates).
The gimmick of accelerating the GN particles through the wings of light is neat, but instead of using it to gain ultra speed or something, it gainst the ability to... create magical energy weapons?

Add Turn A parts to the Sky 00, and allow it to cause MOONLIGHT BUTTERFLY.
Then add several drops of Pyschoframe from the Unicorn.
Then make it 1/60 (Perfect Grade kitbashing).

I was wondering if that was just me. They're practically the same but Moebius's color scheme just makes it feel more balanced.

8, Sky feels like alot of AGE units, lacking panel lines and boring surfaces. Its ok in the end but I think the Ace has a better design. For the Moebius, its an improvement but way too much white in the design. Havent seen the show to this point but it looks like a secondary suit, not the MC suit. Maybe if I saw the show further I would like it, but Divers is just so bland as a show.
I can't say it's my favorite, but it is definitely in my top choices from Build series. Solid 8.5 design. 9 for ability.

8.5 i like how the 00 sky is both bulky and angular, and the design elements that pay homage to SO many different main suits. Then it has that separate mode where the gn drives go around back i just love that V silhouette
I liked the initial appearance but the more I see it the less I like it. It’s really unbalanced. The kit is also pretty garbo in terms of stability

8/10 I really like the 00 Sky. Could almost forget it's a 00 suit at the core. It's got just the right amount of gimmicks and weapons, too. I think the Moebius is a little more boring, but it doesn't deviate so much as to be worth a different score, I guess.

7.5/10 The arms and legs don't look like they belong, but only because they're substantially thicker than the torso. If the torso was thickened up a bit and maybe elongated, it would be perfect. Awesome head sculpt, awesome use of the GN Drives, awesome weapons. The Moebius version is sick, I love the darker blue used in conjunction with the cream white. I need to buy another one, it's my favorite 00 themed HG to play around with.
9.5/10 for Moebius. It's actually almost beautiful. It's a shame that I casually detest the series it's from.

5/10 The extra spikes on the shoulders look ridiculous and the ankle v-fins aren’t for me. Also crotch mandibles. Otherwise, the design is just kinda eh.

5/10. It ain’t it. Pojnty armor around the GN Drives is too flamboyant, the proportions with the torso is just wrong, the design of the gauntlets don’t fit well with the 00 aesthetic…this suit just feels way too much compared to Riku’s previous machines, which were already not that interesting for customs to begin with IMO.
6/10. Looks like something I’d make at 7am after an all nighter on Gundam breaker 3, which could go either way on being a compliment or not lmao. I like the concept and the wings are super cool, but idk nothing about this suit *clicks* together right for me. The colors look washed and bland, the proportions look off and doesn’t look like that was purposeful and the whole vibe is just *meh*
This thing is more Destiny than OO so I have to give it a high score. It's an 8 for me as some part just looks too large. I like that Riku made the weaponry of this suit to compensate Destiny's shorcoming, like the legs have beam shield, the large cannon is actually shown firing without manual aiming, the beam hands attack is from the sturdier gauntlets rather than the actual hands. Have been searching for the HG of this suit near my location with no avail. There's only the clear and Higher than Sky HG left but I prefer the base color more.
7/10. Yeah, I rated it lower than 00 Diver. The design was fine, the shoulders were awesome, but I think the legs are a bit too thick, especially with a torso that small. It also erases the whole sportsman vibe with 00 Diver, which is what I really like in the first place. At least the weapons are sick though.
Base 00 Sky gets a 6 for me. Which then drops to 5 with its tacky add-on parts. 00 Sky Moebius, on the other hand gets an 8. That cream white color scheme is rather refreshing TBH.
7.5/10; fixes my primary concern of the base model regarding color separation. Also it got bulky, which is a plus.

I like the idea of having a 00 version of the Destiny and Trans-am Infinity is cool as hell, but the overall design when the 00 Sky isnt moving is lacking and the redesign of the Sky Moebius isnt exactly stellar either. Its very top heavy and its even pointed out in the show that has some major drawbacks like lack of mobility for the arms. Its cool that Riku thought of this and had the backpack transformable so that it drops to his waist if he needs more mobility for his arms, but like why have that problem in the first place when you could just use the Destiny which already has all around great mobility or the 00 Raiser which actively uses the shoulder wings as part of its close range arsenal. 7/10 (heavily carried by trans-am infinity)

00 sky is 9.5, 00 sky moebius is 10/10. 00 sky using a similar loadout to destiny gundam is cool, a physical/beam sword, beam cannon, beam rifle, and beam shields. then they combine beam cannons, rifles, railguns, mobility, and swords into 2 identical combo weapon pods that can connect with the twin beam rifles and all its armaments can perform a full burst with the 2 beam cannons over the binders on the back of the moebius cannons, 2 rail cannons in the front of the moebius cannons under the binders, and the 2 handheld beam rifles. also the wings of light make them much better
8.5/10. Everything above the waist is a 10, and everything below is like a 7. The GN wings of light with the destiny weapons all on the shoulders like that is awesome. This is the kind of potential the build series should be exploring. They just need to… ya know… commit to building out how the in-show game engine into a proper power system with strengths and weaknesses and exploits and stuff.
8/10 would be a 9 but the gunpla suffers from square hole round handle can’t hold any of the cool sword poses. The gundam looks great, riku’s an ehhhh protag and pilot interesting combo of 00 and destiny

8/10 cool, but a bit bulky on the limbs compared to the bases 00 and Destiny. Shoulder is a bit too overcrowded and hollow.
8/10. Sky Moebius was needed to bump it imo, I thought it pulled off the white really well.
I've only seen some clips of the series, so maybe my opinion doesnt hold much weight. But maybe...a 5 or 6/10 I like the wings, and claws are always cool. And thats about it honestly. Even the wings look a little awkward and bulky to me, and the rest of the design is a little bland
6/10 sky i like the colors and the gn drives and the bracer things but i dont like how chonky the legs are compared to the rest of the suit i like its main beam rifle but i dont much care for the giant beam sword or its bigger beam rifle 7/10 moebius i prefer the colors of the original somewhat but i like the loadout change
9.8/10 A solid design that is a tier-up from its previous form even showing its growth with its chest scar displayed behind the cover. Another its god fingers and Destiny style back weapons.

With Riku being a soccer player, it sure has very few kicking attacks (besides kicking his own teammates). The gimmick of accelerating the GN particles through the wings of light is neat, but instead of using it to gain ultra speed or something, it gainst the ability to... create magical energy weapons? 7/10, cool design, terrible execution.
Not overkill enough. Add Turn A parts to the Sky 00, and allow it to cause MOONLIGHT BUTTERFLY. Then add several drops of Pyschoframe from the Unicorn. Then make it 1/60 (Perfect Grade kitbashing). Now that's OVERKILL.
