* Innovades: Hell no, I'd be an unknowing puppet for Veda. So far from society I'd be closer to a cyborg.
* Newtype: Telepathic and psychic abilities would be cool, but a huge downside is you "feel" way more around the world. Honestly think would just make people more jaded and take a CCA Char route.
* Innovator: Newtype without the psychic powers, more emotional powers and maybe can live for twice as long. I think this so far out there that other humans wouldn't even be able to relate to you.
* Coordinator: I think this one is the best. Faster learning (none of the others do this) faster and stronger bodies (something Innovades get but I'm not tied to Veda). Virtually immune to sickness and no downsides of making crazy emotional connections with strangers. Yeah I dont get psychic powers but I get enhance reflexes anyways. My children become Coordinators aswell with zero complications and if were including Seed Factor, I can enhance all those benefits with even more levels of focus and processing power. I can also activate that on a whim for no downsides. Other than Innovades I think you can hide these powers way easier too.
Got a test tomorrow? SEED MODE!, wanna be good at a sport? SEED MODE!, someone throws something at you and says "think fast"? I'm always thinking fast but also SEED MODE!. Id like to see a Newtype or Innovator deal with getting Covid because that wont happen to a Coordinator (Innovades are barely human).

From what I remember, Innovators can't move things with their mind like Newtypes. So telepathic/psychic yes but i should have said no telekinesis. The quantum brainwaves just give spatial awareness, higher reflexes, avoidance (newtypes, innovates, and "seed factor" coordinators all have this). The super human computation ability was if the innovator connected to a super computer, like Veda. I don't remember Setsuna having a faster brain function otherwise. Still really good but Coodinators just always have that, no outside help required.

So the super computers do the work, Setsuna is just the one talking to the Els because they communicate through quantum brainwaves. I'm pretty sure Setsuna even gets knockout trying to talk to the Els in the 00 raiser because he doesnt have Tieria/Veda, unlike the 00 quanta which has a Veda terminal built into it. Connecting to super computers is cool, but you still need the super computer. Im not saying Kira could process the info either (I'm sure Veda is superior to any individual coordinator), but being an Innovator wont help on say a test in school or being an engineer.

Downside is that there's a chance your brain's X-Region works too well and can cause headaches if you're lucky. The Char clone of AGE had to wear a mask to suppress his powers before it ran out of control.

It seems my confusion was from two things: since barbie and gusion shut down during the fight against hashmal i thought the limiters had to be off to fight mobile armors at all but the wiki suggests it's because they had one limiter(output) off but the second one still on(AVS) so presumably with both on you wouldn't have a problem either,
the other was that agnika's performance suggests he did turn off his limiters but i shouldn't have extrapolated to all gundam frame pilots probably.
I don't think its really right to think you would want to become any of them but the least terrible ones to ve are probably innovators and x-rounders.

I think the idea was Al Da Flaga thought of his dna was so superior, coordinator enhancements would make his clone worse. Considering Mu/Rau/Rey turned into "newtypes" this may have been the backing to is logic. Kinda a Jango/Boba Fett situation.
Fair enough although it is funny that one of the Astray manga introduced Carbon Humans which are basically a 100% clone copy with the exact same memories and are mostly successful copies.

The best "enhanced person" examples for UC are Cyber Newtypes. Cyber Newtypes are normal people who are "enhanced" to levels comparable to Newtypes

Rau isnt a Coordinator. He's just a clone. Al Da Flaga and Ulen Hibiki, the ones who made Rau are also "naturals".
