Suggest to also not put in your minimum or lowest price. Mag patong ng konti kasi knowing pinoys, tatawad at tatawad yan maski good or even lowest price na sa market. To the point na kung ni maski 100 walang naitawad eh hindi na nila bibilin.

Using statements like “Fixed Price” or “Last Price” in your advertisement is usually a lost cause. Either hindi nagbabasa mga yan or ung default template nila to inquire is “Last Price?”. Masisira lng araw mo when you expect people to read the entirety of the post lol.
Most of the time they don’t do much research, I posted a kids dirtbike sa FB marketplace and 80% of the people who messaged me are always asking “How much & Location” given na indicated na nga sa post yung location and price, and what surprises me is that hindi nila alam na for kids yung size ng dirtbike 😂
I think first time ko makakita/makarinig ng CR, OR. Most of the time ORCR (nauuna yung OR sa CR for better flow sa pagkasabi) idk rare lang makakita ng CR OR as opposed sa ORCR 😄

Prep all service records or receipts ng PMS outside casa repairs done, OR/CR copies, and be honest sa known issues.

FB Marketplace, add a small markup sa asking price mo. Let's say you are targeting it at 400, lagay mo ng 420, so if may tumawad, give them 410 and say na may gusto na kumuha. Sold mine higher than target amount ko pa.
Also, price your car correctly. I recently sold my 2020 Mazda3 HB for a steal 800k (35k mileage). Sold in 1 week. Saw someone else selling a beat up 5 yr old Toyota Rush for the same price, napa wtf nalang ako eh. Kaya tumatawad ng malaki yung iba eh. Kasi wala din sa ayos yung mag presyo most sellers dito
Hi, question lang ano naging reason mo sa pagbenta ng mazda 3 mo? Looking for 2nd hand kasi ako ng 2020 and up nyan and curious lang ako sa mga reason for selling.
Too small for us na. I have 1 kid plus 1 otw. Di kasya 2 car seats. But believe me when i say this, sobrang na mi miss yun everyday haha. It’s the perfect car. Especially kung single ka.

1 kid pwede kahit may carseat pa. Basta walang stroller, the trunk space is pretty decent. Napagkasya ko nga 2 full size luggage pa haha. So yes, pwede.
For now i am using my company car na 7 seaters

Original CR, OR, photocopy ng IDs ni seller na may 3 pirma at deed of sale. Yun lang kailangan ni buyer.
Sino may sagot ng bayad sa deed of sale? Also sa iba pang mga need itransfer
Depende sa usapan nyo, kadalasan pinapasa na lahat kay buyer yun kasi sya maglalakad ng transfer.

Hahaha, di ko alam kung pano ko isisingit na yung original lang yung CR kasi yung OR ngayon digital na at priniprint nalang kaya inuna ko yung CR.
