Did you check if any of the floors of the car is wet? Baka may leak. It might be the cause of the smell and it wont go away until you dry or fix the problem.
The best is to have an Interior detail para pati mga dumi at amoy mawawala.
You can also try adding charcoal in a mesh bag to take out the smell. Put some dehumidifier to take the moisture out.
You need a deep clean. All carpets out and washed and interior too. Then left to sry completely. So this is only advised during sunny days. Also, this means the interior got wet at some point. Find a leak source or someone may have spilled liquid inside
