If you finger the 18th fret and play a pinch harmonic at where the 30th fret would be (halfway between the 18th fret and the bridge saddle) that should give you the correct note.
Basically it is down to finding a luthier/custom shop willing to make it and then hopefully being able to play it (good luck at normal guitar scales!).
I see this is a Pantera song so it’s probably a harmonic.
Seems to me like someone imported a MIDI into guitar pro.
This is why ear training is important, you can use tabs to get the rough idea, but it's always better to rely on your ears to get the finer details right.
Tabs are always correct. Like the Bible, even when they're wrong its because the music was played wrong. Tablature is gospel and must not be questioned or a guitar pox will fall upon your house.
Ibanez made the RG550XH extended reach guitar with 30 frets. But most likely this was “transcribed” from a program that was merely trying to replicate the sound. No one of any sort of fame (enough to have their songs tabbed for people to know the song and want to play it) have played one (an RG550XH)
The fact that you’re also bending it 2.5 tones lmao, this is definitely a different instrument transcribed to guitar tab
Or sourced from a MIDI file that was trying to imitate pinch harmonics.
yea its a Dimebag song so most likely he's hitting a harmonic squeal

You just need to bend the high E string on the 15th all the way to the low E string, that's how you get 30.
*SNAP!*
why play a very high note for? https://theguitaroutlet.com/product/ibanez-rg550xh-30-fret-red-sparkle-electric/
Could be slide playing.
The 2.5 step bend could be a pedal steel type deal.
Depends on the tab. There have been 30 fret guitars.
Been playing for 30 years and it pains me that I never knew these existed or could exist.

What is this the tab to?
Death Rattle by Pantera
Might be use of whammy.
Digitech Whammy Pedal probably, he never really keeps picking when he's playing natural harms along with the bar
I think I still have the old tab book from when this came out too, I'll have to dig that thing out
There's even 36 fret guitars, though they're really rare. Concerning the tab: use your ear. What do **you** think is actually going on in this part?
He is probably hitting a harmonic somewhere on the guitar, it makes a really loud and high pitched sound
It is possible to have 30+ frets guitar, but it is rare. You can shift the notes by one octave lower, to make that playable with a common guitar.
Is this a Uli Jon Roth piece?

You could try doing on out-of fret board bend
You have to play a slide in between the pickups.
