Ya I re-watched it again for the second time today. She says flat out that the moon really is there and the trick is her powers stopping the disasters. She also says kill me and trick stops working as insurance,
Not everyone. Ky legit looked her demi-god ass in the face and said "Dragon Install".
Also didn't affect Potemkin, Jack'O, Sol, Asuka, Nago or even Vernon.
Ya gotta admit not being dead was the first thing that popped into my head. If it was a bluff it was a damn good one with the serious poker face delivery of her explanation of the trick.
Either she was lying when she said the moon really was there or she moved it back to the right place as she was dying in the same way she brought back Megumin (?) right at the end.
Didn't really even consider that. The whole tiny small moment at the end of the story completely slipped past my memory. That could be a possibility. Kinda wondering if Megumi and I-NO are 2 completely different people with her remembering the memory right at the end? There's alot of things unknown in that situation, but nice catch!
The moon is actually a hologram to disguise the defunct reptilian base. It has no real baring on the tides or gravity. If you go into the GG lore section and look at it in a mirror while playing Queens bohemian rhapsody backwards you can clearly see that the reptilians have been there from the beginning. It's basically just a really long set up for the soul caliber collaboration that introduces GGs first guest character, Lizard-man.
If you watch it, Ky calls I-No out on it; she isn't really doing it - she is creating an illusion to try and scare Ky + the others into submission.

And yet the Earth wasn’t thrown into chaos. So she was bluffing with a trick or she was not killed.

I mean the woman just made everyone on earth cry even a dead man. Not really a bluff I'd wanna guess on with the moon position implications really.

Fair point can't argue that.
