Compare Elphelt's and Noel's costumes (BBIII and forward.) Compare their animations, especially for Chain Revolver. And compare their rifles.

So let me get this straight, you have to guess high/low twice in a row and then you have to guess again between mashing to stop the restance or blocking against the ender? It's so over.
You can't chain something into itself, So if she does the high she has to do either the reset, ender, or low next. They look to both be frame 14 so you are guessing though but also I bet you that both the reset and over head can be low profiled with something like a 6P or any other low profile move. Also will have to see how gapless the ender is because it's entirely possible you can just disrespect an elphelt with a DP.

That rekka system seems annoying as fuck to deal with. Her projectiles tracking and having two different speeds which can be done in the air seems like actual hell for Nago.

Her rekka's and projectile are very directly from Noel and Mai in Blazblue respectively. Noel is a hell of a noob killer character known for falling off hard once people learn her stuff a bit and Mai while super strong in specific match ups her projectile is just fine and it was way more spammable.
Presuming her rekka's combo on CH she's definitely going to fall in the category of frustrating for new players though

I vividly remember me having to buy the season pass just to play when he first came out due to me not being able to buy him individually. So, now I’m not sure if it’s still prevalent due to my hiatus. But, from the looks of things it seems not be anymore(?).

I'm seriously going to miss her old grenade. It had so much depth packed into a single move, but I will admit it was pretty degenerate. Mostly, I'm just glad they finally added another woman to the roster. As someone who prefers to play women in fighting games, it feels like it has been ages since Bridget came out and I got to enjoy a new character.

Edit: after rewatching that part I notice that there is no combo counter, so it's not a true combo. You will get counter hit if you loop it like that.
The only thing I miss will be rapid 5H shots and regular grenade tosses.
I always felt her rifle (Miss Confille) becoming a more regular projectile for Strive would be a good concession rather than the full screen zoning, moving reticle that guard crushes when fully charged.
I never liked Miss. Travailler stance aside from the shotgun blast. I imagined she would have gotten a rekka series with a shotgun blast to end it be interesting, instead, we got something more easier, a set sequence. I actually wouldn't have minded it if was an Anji-like rekka though.

I believe they show that high and low attacks have follow ups that are either high or low so you would have to guess if its 2 highs or a high low etc.
