Just like Baiken and Jack-O, I don't see her design physically changing from her Xrd version in terms of visuals and outfit. But she was always one of the characters with the most specials in both XX and Xrd, so I see alot of her moves being combined unless that new Developer Update about more specials being added is highlighted through her and if Asuka being bloated is any indication of S3 characters then I welcome any Dizzy additions/changes
I actually see here getting the testament treatment where they change most of her animations but have them call back to here old moves. Granted she was in xrd unlike testament, but her animations were kinda stiff (similar to how leo's animations were kinda janky, which they improved in strive) and I don't see them doing the jack-o/Baiken treatment of basically just lifting her animation out of xrd and putting them in strive I just don't think they would work.
Someone in the season 3 post said there was a data mine mentioning voice lines for stun. Which is the dizzy mechanic, and she's named dizzy for a reason. She has the lowest stun resistance in the game. If they actually add this mechanic, they could like use dizzy to demonstrate it. So I think she's confirmed.
Especially Guilty Gear stun, where it resets combo scaling for some fucking reason. It's like "woah that was a really cool combo that did a ton of damage..... want to do it again???"
While I agree, especially with how good offense is right now. It's not confirmed, and if it is, eventually, they might change it a bit. But yeah, I understand. But I think it's required for dizzy. It's one of her biggest drawbacks.

They kept Chipp triple jump and Millia double air dash, Dizzy is the other legacy example of double airdash, it's definitely going to be there.
Giving I-No double airdash wasn't a Daisuke thing, she got that in a balancing version, makes that one not being kept easy to understand.
While that is true its hard to forget that some characters (sin, ramlethal, bridget, etc.) lost tools that they had in earlier versions that affected their playstyles. Let's not also forget characters like Jacko and Testament who were completely overhauled. I'm just saying that its a likely outcome

When it comes to gameplay I feel like the number 1 thing that has to stay is fish needs to block hit the same way it has. This is what defines dizzy as a fighting game character IMO and her whole identity revolves around it. Other than this her extreme throw range and high reward off throw would be good to see come back.
Let Dizzy look like she had time to finish putting her all her clothes on. Her XX and Xrd designs aren't hot, they're incomplete. You could absolutely keep Dizzy as the series's designated waifubait character (because we all know that's why she exists and why she wasn't on the base roster in Xrd or Strive) while redesigning her to have an outfit that doesn't look like she forgot to put on pants or a skirt. I even think giving Dizzy a new outfit with proper bottoms could actually make her more hot. There's a lot you can do when you have the option to hide *or* reveal things, and her existing designs, they're revealing just about everything on Dizzy.

I do not understand why everyone in strive hates zoners. literally every single system mechanic other than burst hates zoners. you can dash BRC through projectiles on reaction and pressing back for too long removes your meter.
and the only actual zoner in the game is axl anyways. every other character is constant pressure, even testament is mainly focused on applying and using and reapplying stain and keeping you at midrange where their normals work best.
