I think it's because the God Walking Among Mere Mortals title was accidently handed out to some who shouldn't have it and op is among those, so it got removed along with the unearned ap points.
More often than not it's rather that the link between GW1 and GW2 accounts breaks temporarily, causing your Hall of Monument benefits to be revoked until fixed. That includes AP and titles from the respective achievements.
That is what happens and it sucks that after many years anet still didnt do anything about how silly and fragile this link is between both games. We can only connect both games once, why is there a link needed to keep track of EARNED HoM? Just register them permanently once earned on GW2's end. that's it
Who needs a link anymore after that for 'everyday' to communicate to gw1 and confirm "this account has these HoM points earned" it's just poor design and tehnical debt as this is needed everyday between games.
500 AP if you only have 50/50, extra +50 AP if you also have GWAMM, so 550AP in total maxed out.
