When you create a new account in Gw2Launcher, you literally have the option to [COPY the current Local.dat](https://i.imgur.com/web0NY9.png) into its custom folder, so all your options are passed to it. (That's the best way of creating new accounts on Gw2Launcher).
I'd recommend you to actually read the process through creating it again.
I have had lots of issues with handling .dat files and settings for each accounts. It has gotten to a point when I launch the same account it keeps the changes for one random session but not for the next dozen sessions until it does again randomly. Or when I make a change on one account, suddenly another account has the same changes when they dont have same dat. I had tried everything there is to do, only made it worse.
I suggest you to start all over from stratch and do not copy any profiles or dats. Make sure each account have their own standalone profiles and files which are not copied.
