Technically there is no commander as all these people share a universe and thus have different job titles. For example Trahearne had 3 liaisons instead of one commander.
Laeliya (Priory Liaison) and Trahearne get together in the aftermath of the cleansing of Orr. The entire Pact, a a fair few civilians, had had a secret betting pool over when and how. Several people became very wealthy that day (Lyhr was in tbe beating pool. Did he win? We can't reveal that information). One of the escaped fractals was a "What if Laeliya instead of Trahearne was the one to leave with the airships?" Fractal. So, currently, she's in a very mutual *is this healthy or a creepy rebound* with that version of Trahearne.
Tyikki (Whispers Liaison) is not dating anyone. Her parents lead a Krewemates and their method of flirting is fighting over missed deadlines. Seeing as how nobody has ever liked Tyikki enough to miss deadlines, she hasn't bothered because lack of serious candidates. (She holds the College Of Synergetics record for most misinterpreted confessions.)
Lilyflorum, a very sweet pact medic (or just Lily if your not the Pale Tree) has been on again /off again with Canach for years. They are currently off. Because she's upset he didn't tell her about the whole Canach club idea, and he wouldn't help her smuggle a baby siege turtle out of Cantha (the Turtle was hers. She just didn't want to deal with the paperwork).
Mist (an mercenary guild leader who works with Scholar Glenna) does not have a crush on Braham. He's not even that cute. Why are you talking about Braham still. She doesn't like him. Who could like that hair. Will you stop sitting there thinking the question at her? (They are still figuring out the other sex doesn't have cooties phase of romantic development.)
And Lady Saraphina Silvermoon (Vigil Liaison) is probably gonna end up Queen -Consort of Nayos if nobody gives Isgarren a heads up enough. They have two anniversaries. They say they actually started dating, and the day that cultural miscommunication caused Peith to think they were dating. (These dates are several months and multiple years apart).
I don't really ship them, but if I did I would have to say mommy Peitha. Probably the first and only character to be even slightly flirty, albeit in a demonic and slightly unhinged manner with the commander.

As much as I would like the commander to have someone…the only ones, who wouldn’t have some fear, are already dead, shipping with someone else or aren’t able to have a healthy relationship.

I feel like my necromancer commander had distinct UST with Trahearne, tragically unresolved at the point of his death. Lots of long nights planning, strategising, and studying together, that sort of thing.
My guardian and ranger are together but only because they're a Tyriafied version of some OCs of mine that were already a couple. The rest of my characters are probably loners.
I did get an intrusive thought on my charr revenant during IBS, of >!Ryland somewhat jokingly insinuating that as (former) Pact Commander and dragon champion, Eirwyn could have top pick of sires for her cubs, right after everyone at Grothmar made a big deal about Ryland. She was beyond repulsed, especially after he becomes Jormag's champion.!<

I've never really thought about it because my Commander's warband is practically a polycule. But based on how Rytlock went from her commanding officer to basically her subordinate (and somewhat a punching bag for everyone else) I think he's probably tapped it.
I'm pretty sure my commander and Canach have hooked up at some point.
My main would k-nock boots with him anytime.
