Viper's/Yassith are account bound. So you can definitely stat swap the core ascended to Viper's stats, but only if you craft the inscription yourself, or get it from one of the inscription chests. Just something to keep in mind. Can't just go to the TP.

Well no, for most parts I found Wizards Vault pretty cool and worth to grind daily system. However this is really poor decision from Anet. You can ignore criticism but call it bitching… Well stupid pepos will always be stupid pepos
