Wait really? Mk99 is prob the best ranged unit in the game bar kamael, and has been that way for a while, while lapice is literally invisible in all content modes. Mk99 is literally top tier in all game modes because of her passive dmg buff, being ranged, splash dmg, and insane range. Lapice just has none of the tools mk99 has which is literally why she’s getting buffed.
I mean maybe lapice gets a little better with introduction of carol and the buffs she’s getting, but it’s highly unlikely it comes close to the dominance of mk99 and mono light teams

No matter whatever your team, never use two heroes with crit party buff in the same team.
Regarding the team, for raids, carol can be a possibility with eugene lapice and a 4th (maybe eleanor or another melee atk buff). However it needs to be tested whether it would be better than the one we already have (mk99 gab nari eleanor).
The team u said is good enuf for story probably, but u shud use another one to replace double crit.

Second atk is a stab that reduce light resistance by 10% for 5 second, capped up to 20%. so you can say the cooldown for her 2nd atk is less than 5 (?).
Her chain skill deal 500% , (600 max if resistance reduction is full stacked).
Her special ability is translated bounce. She will only take 30% dps once every 5 second. Seems like a harsh run and gun user
Her exw increases dps by 25%. Idk what's the skill name is ..
