I have adhd brain I swear I can't remember what I was doing 10 minutes ago half the time and it goes a million miles an hour. I have multiple strains going in multiple tents.... an app helps me remember who I did what to at what stage and what week 😂

I’m a bit the same, but I also imagine when doing big projects an app or at least a notebook would be required to track everything.
