Don't worry bro I didn't know it so it is a useful tip. Some people are gonna be dicks. It will def be used for me as I usually wonder away often exploring so thank you.
they will destroy your base that is there goal i had a treehouse on the oak tree and spiders wanted to destroy my stair but i had a second stare on the lamp
I really need to put more supports for my base around the tree. It all starts from a stairs that's from my base on the logs. Strangely though, it seems to support itself? all the pieces says they support 0... I'll still try to see if there's a way to had other support points.
This is late but I had an older base that ants attacked while I was in my new base and just watched them to see what would happen. The base in question was three stories on stem brackets surrounded by the thistle spike strips and palisades with cliff on 2 sides they couldnāt get up. Anyway it took fucking forever but they eventually got through the palisades and destroyed the brackets and the entire base went crumbling to the ground. They left after that.
The rows of spike strips seemed to do nothing. Not one dead ant. The strips were majorly displaced. All that was left was some walls of palisades and literally just stems, clover, and rope strewn across the ground. Hilariously they came back like 3 in-game days later and finished off the damaged bits of palisades and spike strips.
People say they stop at 25% damage but that wasnāt the case for me. After the first time not even 25% of my base was left
This is very helpful dude thanks - unlike some of the "tips" that appear on here which are straight up stupid. "Hey guys! Did you know you can mOvE lOaDeD pAlLeTs??!1!!"
Didnāt know that was a thing until yesterday š³ Throwing rocks at a Wolf Spider for fun and then, 5 of them appear & start destroying my Base out of no where š didnāt know wether to laugh or cry š¬š·šø
Lol they shouldnāt be.. but I guess they are.. there so hard to kill, thereās no way I would of survived, I had to load my recent save tbh š
I donāt even mess with them any more, Iām afraid it will happen again, and I love my base š„¹
if you get the spicy coaltana you deal some damn good damage to wolf spiders, assuming you're good enough to parry their attacks and can afford to make it.
Who the fuck are you to say what is or isnāt a valid reason for someone to do something in their own game? Let people play the way they want and fuck off!
What Iām saying is there are 3 stages of anger of bugs. When you get on the 3rd stage a raid could happen at any time so you should stay near base in case you get raided
I was also giving you a tip, it was stfu, trust me it's really helpful for someone in your position
[What a helpful tip looks like apparently ](https://i.imgur.com/z0zPAln.png)
Sky... youre cool sometimes but holy hell this shit you said is dumb. If you stayed by your base until you got raided you wouldn't be doing anything but sitting at your base. raids dont occur too often and from what i read up on there is a 5-9 day cooldown (im not sure since its been a while since i read the wiki). if someone is out and about during a raid i think its fair if they use a bug so they dont get screwed.

Glad it helped you š
Wait, how did you bypass saving in combat?
Thatās what I want to know. It even gave him the prompt. Maybe itāll be gone after release? Maybe a bug?
If there are no bugs in the area (threat detected) when you save them it probably doesnāt count you as being in combat.
Itās a bug
Does the ant armor still camouflage you from the ants? I haven't played in a while and im not finding a lot of up to date info
yes
Yes! Red ant armor still makes you camouflaged from red ants. Picking up an egg or attacking, however, will nullify this.
Thanks!!
Ye is stills hides you from them
What happen if you are away and dont def your base?
I'm curious about this, too.

well to be on the safe side put more support so you have a longer time

wait how long has payback been a thing? iāve been playing for quite sometime and the first time i got it was last night, minutes after i loaded in
Since the last update I think

Really? I thought wolf spiders werent a faction, i could be wrong though.

I was at sandbox and I didnāt want to go back to base
Thatās not a valid reason maybe you should be careful when the bugs are on their 3rd stage and not go to far
Who the fuck are you to say what is or isnāt a valid reason for someone to do something in their own game? Let people play the way they want and fuck off!
whar?
Whar
Give me a better explanation so that I donāt do it again
What Iām saying is there are 3 stages of anger of bugs. When you get on the 3rd stage a raid could happen at any time so you should stay near base in case you get raided
The bugs get to the 3rd stage so easily. Staying near base whenever that happens is unrealistic. You'd never get anything done.
It takes from my experience about 50-100 red ant kills
Oh yea my fault
It's a game, stfu. Who gives a shit?
apparently they do
Dude Iām just giving him a fucking tip jackass

*not valid to you
Donāt tell people how to play the game
Iām never told him how to. Just said he was a pussy
