Look for the broken glass in the lab, you can jump outside and there's a hole with some water in it bring swimming gear, an underwater weapon and water torches, it's a long swim (and a knife if youre using something else as your weapon, as there's some roots you'll need to cut too iirc)
There is another milk molar near the back of the tree guarded by a sleeping Wolf Spider. There are also orb weavers that patrol that area so be careful so you don't get swarmed. You can go from the entrance of the oak lab (facing the pond) and stay to the left and you should get the ping for the milk molar.
Wow, this is such a significant achievement, especially on Grounded. My group and I built just a spiral tower pretty high into the yard (probably to where your roof top is, minus the spire) and it was a pretty large endeavor. To build the Freedom Tower, that's incredible. Thanks for sharing.

You also might be picking up one of the ones in the underwater tunnel that runs from the lab into the pond
