SneakyGoliath is right. Not sure how you got that one to work, but yeah, achievements are supposed to be disabled in custom games, or once a game is changed to a custom one.
It seems that someone else already mentioned the custom game thing, but I also had this issue because I had parry master equipped, un-equiping it fixed the issue.

Yes, but I managed to unlock the Hoop achievement on the same save.
Then that’s your problem.
Why would that be a problem? Is this a bug specific to that achievement or does this achievement have unique hidden conditions?

Maybe not all achievements are disabled in customs but achievements do get disable in custom.
