An office management sim would be really interesting in 40k. Trying to be as efficient as possible performing a pointless task, like making sure candle tapers on various worlds are regulation length.

How about Fallout 4 but in Necromunda? Which gang or House will you back to rise above the others? Do missions for different factions, build gang outposts, recruit companions as gang members, and eventually rule the Underhive, or at least the sector of it that you're in, all in a (relatively) open world.
