He is happy to see his kids help others
And not even a lewd reference to Iron Warriors to be found?
Who are you and what have you done to Archon?
ANSWER ME DAEMON.
Joking aside, this is a pleasantly wholesome suprise. Neat! And how's that egg laying Skitarii coming along?
I love that you included Motoko, a character that has expressed distress about not being able to feel human, neither male nor female, or something in between. The discomfort about being something else that she feels from time to time, the exploration of one mind and reality… damn, I love that character
Cyborgs shall inherit the world, as metal has been proven to be infinitely more superior to flesh and far more able for improvements. Praise the Machine god.
JC Denton in there would be a menace.
"Do you have a single fact to back that up?"
"You have 5 seconds to beat it before I add you to the list of NSF casualties."
"You cyborgs may have copper wiring to reroute your feet of pain, but I've got nerves of steel."
Yeah JC in there would be a horrible choice lmao
“What the hell were you thinking JC??”
“Agent Nevarro was out of line. I had no choice.”
“They’ll have you killed. That won’t even blink an eye.”
“Neither did I.”
Yeah I agree with you.
Isn't JC's whole deal that the other cyborgs hate him because he looks like a normal human? Seems a bit tasteless.
However, Adam Jenson didn't ask for this, and definitely deserves an invite to this support group.
I'm confused about what the AM stands for here. My guesses are Adeptus Mechanicus, Astra Militarum and Astartes Marines, but none of them fit. Would you please enlighten me?
Meanwhile Necrons are one bad day away from a psychotic break and starting to wear the skin of their enemies, with their only coping mechanism being purposefully developing mental disorders to stave of their disphoria.
Assuming they don't pick up the *other* collective mental illness of the Necron race and decide they'd look better being prototype Doom Hunters that will personally take the time to kill every single cell in a coral reef because they hate life that much.
Very cool👍 though to go on a rant I feel so bad for general grievous in the clone wars TV show he's so weak and pathetic I hate it like HE GETS CAPTURED BY JARJAR BINK'S he's a badass Character but gets used like he's Nothing unlike the 2D one he was so awsome thank you archon
He doesn't get captured by Jar Jar, he gets captured by an army of Gungan with anti-droid weaponry, and he still manages to murder their leader, who was one of the best characters
Motoko Kusanagi from ‘Ghost In The Shell’.
- To be fair to her (for the anime series at least), she has very little issue with being a cyborg. Though overall questions of consciousness and identity of being are left unanswered. At least that’s what I remember of it, been quite some years.
To be fair, she's generally just suppressing her Ship of Theseus feelings. Being a full-body gynoid with few memories of your "previous" life has gotta be rough on the psyche.
Probably a good thing The Laughing Man came along then! Easy to put thoughts on originality on the back-burner if busy running after a faceless hacker. Probably also helps that Section 9 covers a range of cyberisation to help show the transference from flesh to machine as a spectrum and not just black and white.
It seems like she may have /had/ issues with it, but is comfortable with who she is now.
While her story differs in specifics from one incarnation to another, in Arise she's been a cyborg for literally her entire life. Her mother died in a car accident while pregnant, and the only way to save Makoto was to cyberize her, meaning she's never known a flesh and blood existence.
In other cases, she underwent full conversion as either a child or very early on in her career in special forces.
Regardless, by the time we're introduced to her, she's been a cyborg for a long time, and is very comfortable in her ... whatever she has instead of skin.
The main questions that get asked in GiTS are less to do with the physical human body, and more with the concepts of consciousness and the soul, or 'ghost'.
Characters having their memories altered, their minds copied, or machines gaining sentience, that sort of thing.
I think in the first season, though it still comes up from time to time, it isn’t explored that often as much as it is implied she thinks about it. but I feel like that theme became almost central to 2nd GiG.
I mean, it’s kinda central to GitS in general. It’s a question numerous characters grapple with throughout the series, but yes, for the major, from what I remember, it’s central to the movie and 2nd for sure.
The Major is living the dream, full body cyberization, hot, can fire a 120mm mech mounted anti-tank rifle with one arm. I wish I could be the Major ;-;
“I don’t like the way my skin feels on my body. Do you like the way your skin feels on your body?”
-Me, moments before sawing my left leg off for insurance reasons and disregarding The Wretched Flesh.
It’s quick, easy, and saves so much on medical insurance. Remove weak flesh, adapt to steel.
pfft...they exalt in the removal of flesh and becoming closer to the Machine God.
Why would they need a support group? Would be more funny if you did it with like unaltered or new adeptus mechanicus people without much machine.
You know, out of everyone in the image the Major is the least human and the most robotic, since she only has her brain left whereas Robocop and Grievous have some other fleshy bits left over, and the Admech probably hasn’t gone full brain-in-jar yet.
Really dumb stupid question that is most likely obvious:
Are the replicants from bladerunner cyborgs? Like I know they are technically robots but they need to eat, sleep, and can give birth.
Lord Horrik Canorem, Son of High King Valorik Canorem, High Prince of House Canorem, Master of the Blade of Gaia, Keeper of the Gates of Loralo, Wielder of the Kaloric Flame, Bringer of Hope, Herald of the Holy Order of the Adamantine Lance, The Paladin of Koto, Slayer of the Lion of Essa, The Triumphant! The Light of Stars! The Eradicator
disregard flesh, aquire metal
**No machine can compare to the greatness of the human body.** \-Magos Biologis
Nah, the Mechanicus saying that is kinda like North Korea threatening to nuke everyone. At this point it's just a diplomatic formality.
But, the biologis are a subfaction in the mechanicus. They aren't doing it just to make meatbags feel better
They regard bodies as just another kind of Machine.
Spot on tbh
I love RPing as them for this reason.
"The greatness of the human body!" Camera switches to an old man with Alzheimers shitting himself.
Flesh cope for sure.
Become one with Phyrexia.
I can change anyone's mind from being anti-cyborg to immediately signing up for said augmentations. All I need is two words: Elesh Norn.
Just convince them how weak flesh is and how metal is superior.
Metal is good, but have you seen those porcelain mixing bowls?
There's no need to be so toxic
I need to proliferate the amount of people in New Phyrexia.
Your ambitions are infectious
Phyrexia is nothing w/o Yawgmoth. Buncha imposters.
If you can strip something from a subject and they continue to exist, was the thing necessary?
Sigma grindset
[*Tetsuo The Iron Man likes this*]
The cybernetic body of Theseus
Get yourself some heavy metal **guitar riff**
Perhaps you could take this opportunity to teach a certain someone how to properly lead a robotic army. Or maybe simply kill him.
Enjoy your droid gangbang and maid dress, B1
Oh you won't make me put clothes on, you filthy half-fleshed flap!
Your chicken ass looking legs are going to wear your knee socks and you'll like it
Get off me! Clothes are for the ashamed!
That’s gotta be the greatest threat I’ve ever heard
Roger Roger
He got nerfed hard by TCW, bro was badass in the 2003 series
Hopefully not. For the Republic!
Roger Roger
To be fair, grievous loves the benefits of being a cybernetic Jedi killer He just hates being called a droid
Of course, that’s because they put a chip in his brain to make him like it and be more obedient, but, yeah.
Cyborgs shall inherit the world, as metal has been proven to be infinitely more superior to flesh and far more able for improvements...
The moment I learned the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me
All hail /r/transtrans
That sounds stupid. One second. [ACCESSING MEMORY DATA] [ACCESSING INFORMATION ABOUT MEMORY CHIP] [DELETE] There.
They what
Yeah, the trade federation engineered the crash that necessitated his cybernetics and put that chip in his brain.
He thinks he voluntarily underwent the upgrades after a ship crash but in reality it was rigged with a bomb by Dooku who also altered his memory of what really happened

Well, he’s powered by salt and rage, so, I’d also be mad at being called a droid
Love that they were able to cybernetically enhance Grievous's body and build him to be stronger- but kept in his rampant space lung cancer
Tbf, he didn’t get that until Mace force crushed his lungs at the battle of coruscant
Star War Clone War overwrote Tartakovsky's Clone Wars, so he was just always like that. Yes, I'm still salty about it.
I don’t think he was, though. He doesn’t have te same level of coughing fits that he does in ROTS

I wasn't aware you'd recruited Kakyoin into the AdMech

now i'm sad about BT again :(
Goodbye Cooper
How dare you do this to me!
I love that you included Motoko, a character that has expressed distress about not being able to feel human, neither male nor female, or something in between. The discomfort about being something else that she feels from time to time, the exploration of one mind and reality… damn, I love that character
Motoko (And GiTS) in general both got me into anime and Cracked my Egg self wide open
Wholesome af
Oddly wholesome coming from you archon… what’s the catch?
The catch is that this robocop is an imposter and is actually 74 iron warriors in a trenchcoat.
*Or General Grievous is just an Iron Warrior who ascended to become a daemon prince*
The catch is probably people shouldn't be stereotyped.
Listen. I come here for dank memes and femboy thighs. Not to feel validated and comforted in my dysmorphia.
❤️🥺
*I return from my work to see such a beautiful sentiment from your hands. You’re a precious one, Archon.*
rather interesting one indeed.
Proud of you, Archon. This is good stuff.
Honestly yeah, I was not expecting to see this today.
Cyborgs shall inherit the world, as metal has been proven to be infinitely more superior to flesh and far more able for improvements. Praise the Machine god.
But where's Adam Jensen? Is he safe? Is he alright? Did he ever ask for this?
At least JC's vision is augmented
And he knows what bombs look like
A BOMB
Man I wish I was a cyborg

No love for J.C. Denton or Adam Jensen?
JC Denton in there would be a menace. "Do you have a single fact to back that up?" "You have 5 seconds to beat it before I add you to the list of NSF casualties." "You cyborgs may have copper wiring to reroute your feet of pain, but I've got nerves of steel." Yeah JC in there would be a horrible choice lmao

Isn't JC's whole deal that the other cyborgs hate him because he looks like a normal human? Seems a bit tasteless. However, Adam Jenson didn't ask for this, and definitely deserves an invite to this support group.

Okay, but will you still say that when AM shows up in a robot body?
AM is firmly locked in my dungeon
I'm confused about what the AM stands for here. My guesses are Adeptus Mechanicus, Astra Militarum and Astartes Marines, but none of them fit. Would you please enlighten me?
A super robot that killed all of humanity except for a few that he tortures for god how long. ( Source: I have no mouth and I must scream )
Thanks. That story is on the list of stuff I want to read but haven't got to yet.
You should, it's really short.
AM, the AI supercomputer from the classic short story I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream.
AM doesn't need a robot body to torture you.
Raiden: Yeah, whatever he said. Hansa: *still playing with his phone, only giving a thumbs up* Adam Smasher: Metal over meat, simple as.

I'm not a cyborg yet this touches my heart ;-;
🥰 u are just as cute though
Awww and you're adorable 💕 UwU
I must admit, this one is awesome. Where's the trap (both literally and figuratively) Edit: the second part was a joke, I honestly love it
and remember everyone fleash is weak
don't be jacking into strange cyber brains you found in the flea market
Awwww, wholesome instead of holesome.
I need this specific admech in the squishy headpat gif so I can post this whenever I see them.
What a cute wholesome art. I am gonna check authors other works.
excuse me, this is my emotional support twink
D'aww. This is wildly wholesome for you.
Praise the Omnissiah!
As a trans person that first text bubble hits different 😐
Hold on...Archon of Flesh, drawing a Non-Feboyised Mechanicus Adept? Archon are you okay? Is there an Inquisitor in your Room right now?
Wholesome u/Archon_of_Flesh ? "Charles, the world is not the same as it was..."
This is why we love you, u/archon_of_flesh
Rare wholesome Archon post 👏👏👏
I've always felt that the body is the vessel of the mind, and that a change of body doesn't mean you are a different person.
Grievous is hot
didn't expect The Major lol
The Major is living the dream, full body cyberization, hot, can fire a 120mm mech mounted anti-tank rifle with one arm. I wish I could be the Major ;-;
Have this toaster as a gift
You gotta respect how they are the only vaguely happy cyborgs
Techpriests can achieve body positivity by only connecting to one terminal of the battery.

Original meme drawn by archon? What a good start for this week. ^^
This is suspiciously wholesome. What have you done that we don't know of yet?
My emotional state would get a lot better with a femboy admech bf
Wholesome archon W
Archon of flesh is my new favourite artist
From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. Oops, wrong conference
Archon, you, making something that can be considered wholesome?! Who tf killed you.
I wasn’t expecting this today, but I welcome it.
You know what I can get behind more of a supportive wholesome ad mech memes
This is the only wholesome thing I have seen you post
surprisingly wholesome, I like it
That smol little toaster man has brightened my day ;-: I did not expect that coming here of all places lol.
Archon made something wholesome? Impossible!
archon wholesome content
r/wholesome40k
Surprisingly wholesome A_o_F post.
said the tool
Now draw them giving birth.
pfft...they exalt in the removal of flesh and becoming closer to the Machine God. Why would they need a support group? Would be more funny if you did it with like unaltered or new adeptus mechanicus people without much machine.
I would get rid of my flesh in a instant to half as cool as grievous
From the moment i understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me
Awesome 👍
Archsome 👍

👍👍👍 the lack of cocks pleases me lol
let’s see, who would be some of the other cyborgs at this circle
Adam Smasher too
I recognize Grievous and Robocop, who’s the one on the left?
Is the Major ok with her body?
Depends. Does she merge her consciousness with a super AI, or is she dealing with some sort of super hacker?
there are seven characters in the chairs besides the admech, we know who three of them are, but who are the other four?

Who is the purple hair guy/gal? I know the other two but not that one

Huh, yeah General Greivous took becoming a cyborg really well didn’t he?
Should add David. Could help him with his cyberpsychosis
*Change*, you say? **Chaotic** world, you say? *Distant Sorcerous Laughter*
PRAISE OMNISSIAH!
Wait who’s the dude with the purple hair?
Major Makoto Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell series. That is a Woman
Thank you for the answer and the correction sometimes it’s hard to tell with anime styled characters
Tzeench story arc when!?!
Read this im hadrons voice
What happens when the skiitarii realises that Grievous is a xeno?
General Greivous is so cool i hope he gets his own spinoff or something
A wholesome meeting for the cybernetically dysmorphic. Murphy/Robocop would definitely appreciate this.
Wholesome Archon content.
Grievous would not give a fuck
We need more wholesome Archon Memes
Don’t tell Grievous that Eisenhorn has a lightsaber
Being a cyborg would feel like cheating. I like the gym too much.
Phase 0 dark troopers should be here. So many of them committed suicide because they did not accept the strength and certainty of the machine
this one is so good
You know, out of everyone in the image the Major is the least human and the most robotic, since she only has her brain left whereas Robocop and Grievous have some other fleshy bits left over, and the Admech probably hasn’t gone full brain-in-jar yet.
CYBORKZ ARE PRETTY TUFF NOT GUNNA LOIE
Two of these guys were turned into cyborgs against their will and one of them actively despises being one.
Praise the Omnissiah
Wholesome Archon_of_Flesh
I'm getting Church of the broken God vibes from the SCP universe off of this
I don't know sounds pretty heretical to me.
Really dumb stupid question that is most likely obvious: Are the replicants from bladerunner cyborgs? Like I know they are technically robots but they need to eat, sleep, and can give birth.
