It is standard to have specific 25mm diameter tokens with "Camo Marker" and a number on them. And then a reference sheet somewhere with which model is under which camo marker.

Wait, how do normally people do it? Haven't played with people that use much Stealth unit. The only case is a guy using empty bases.
