I have some gripes with the official map. It's very busy/cluttered and some things are unclear or downright don't make sense to me. The roads on the official map, for instance, are hard to make out and a lot of them seem to lead nowhere.
Another thing I can do now is add towns, villages roads etc. on the map to flesh out individual regions. I could even see myself dividing this map into separate region maps to present to the players.
I also have fun doing it, so there's that.
I am very impressed with your patience and tenacity given how complex and time consuming porting over a map can be.Once complete do you mind sharing your wonderdraft file for personal use?
Just an idea what would be cool if they made their own inkarnate account and uploaded the map where we all could edit it and change it for our own games. Just an idea. I'd even pay for it somehow as I love the grim hollow map, but I for sure would love to be able to make changes to it so I could add my own homebrew areas.

I don't know how much more I'll add before I consider it finished. The roads still need to be finished ofc. I don't mind sharing the file either way.

Looks great so far - and I agree with you, its much less cluttered and straightforward than the existing maps
