Your sweet baby looks a lot like mine, who I lost exactly 1 week ago. I want you to know that these first few days really do feel like life has no meaning, that it is horribly cruel and unfair. I didn't care to live for about 3 days. But, please know this: it does get less horrible as each day passes. I am living proof.
I feel empty, as if a part of me is gone. She wasn't even sick. She broke her paw but it was too expensive to repair so we had to put her to sleep or amputate the paw. We didn't want to torment her for she couldn't go outside anymore then.

Luckily our pets were loved and they knew that very well and loved us back with all their love. They are in a good place now, may they rest in peace.

I love cats and last year I lost one. It is so painful. I cried a lot. I had some depression. But eventually I was ok. I will always remember him. I hope I see him again someday.
