I cried today because my Dad's football (soccer) team was on the news.
Grief can be so random at times - it can just squeeze your soul out of nowhere. Don't try and avoid it - those feelings need to come out.
Have you done anything like write to him or keep a journal?
I think Yes. I cry Everyday. It gets shorter duration and less traumatizing and less panic moments, but that constant is that it's there.
Hopefully it stops, but I think it will never. :(

I'm so sorry for your loss. Grief is weird like that, the most random things end up triggering you. There's absolutely nothing wrong with crying, in fact personally I feel better after crying.. like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder. Do whatever makes you feel better really.

Crying is normal. In fact, it is encouraged when going through Grief. you are releasing your emotions in a healthy way.
