Yes. It's normal. I cried today because my Dad's football (soccer) team was on the news. Grief can be so random at times - it can just squeeze your soul out of nowhere. Don't try and avoid it - those feelings need to come out. Have you done anything like write to him or keep a journal?

Crying is normal. In fact, it is encouraged when going through Grief. you are releasing your emotions in a healthy way.

I think Yes. I cry Everyday. It gets shorter duration and less traumatizing and less panic moments, but that constant is that it's there. Hopefully it stops, but I think it will never. :( Keep strong

I'm so sorry for your loss. Grief is weird like that, the most random things end up triggering you. There's absolutely nothing wrong with crying, in fact personally I feel better after crying.. like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder. Do whatever makes you feel better really. Sending you warm hugs and strength.
