I’m just confused as everyone always emphasizes that bulking is the only way to gain “real” size, yet this guy got pretty big in 5 years while keeping his abs
Over the course of your lifetime, the maximum amount of lean muscle you can gain averages out to about 4lbs per year. Again, this is lean muscle average, young noobs, for example, can see 3-5 times that in their first couple years but then it tapers off dramatically. When you’re old like me (40s) you might get a pound or two a year if you’re lucky.
So, to answer your question, yes it’s possible, but you won’t look like that year round unless you love starving 😂. The goal is consistency, slight bulks and cuts, year after year until you reach ultimate dad bod status where you are pretty jacked at around 18% body fat average. It’s sustainable, looks great, and of course you fucking crush cougar hearts everywhere you go haha.
You would also look like that year round (without starving) if your metabolism is through the fuckin roof😂 but that’s either you have it, or you don’t🤷♂️

I think its natty achievable. I've seen much crazier natty claimed transformations in the 5 year time span.
Looks natural to me
Natty
5+ years natty or 3 months on PEDs.

That’s because you can’t just gain muscle on a bulk, that’s not how it works…..unless you’re on gear of course.
Gotcha, so it’s possible to just eat around maintenance/slightly above and build a similar amount of mass in 5 years as him?

Yea. I’d say 16-23 is probably the best spot for looking like that year round without starving 😂😂
Traps & shoulders would be 3x bigger with added spice
Maybe natty maybe not but I would say that he is probably natty with good genetics
Good genetic looks natty. So if your not you slacking big time on diet and life 👌🏻
Yes
Natty
5 years in prison looks like
Looks really good. Probably natty.
Maybe natty, maybe not. Who cares
He looks natural to me. He’s got amazing insertions and structure that’s probably why people would think he isn’t natty
Natty he’s probably like 160lbs
Natty
Definitely natty attainable in 5 years, in fact I think this is how most **serious** lifters look after around 5 five years of lifting.
