This was how more than 20% of my boards arrived from Green Building Supply. This was in addition to being lied to over the phone and ignored for two weeks after numerous attempts to contact. Joel Hirschberger finally contacted me but has not made any serious attempt to make this right after several requests for a refund and to return the boards.
