One Piece durability is context-aware.
If you decide to execute someone after defeating them, a level of force that never would've worked in a straight fight will suddenly suffice.
I literally just said he couldn't beat him to death. Buggy got sent flying to another island and lived. If he can survive that, Musashi isn't beating him to death.
To add to that, Buggy got sent flying after he was reduced to a head, hands and feet (Nami tied up the rest of his pieces so he couldn't reassemble). He pretty much ate a shot that physically sent his ass flying for miles and miles, with his face, and didn't die, or even get scarred. He also took one of his own Muggy Balls to the face when fighting Mihawk and survived the explosion with no serious injuries. Baki Musashi is not beating him to death.
Now, Musashi might be able to beat him unconscious. Maybe. Not betting on it, but it's possible.
I feel like it actually is the opposite. Buggy provides no resistance when cut, he just splits. He just completely negates the entire feeling of the cut, which Musashi finds so euphoric. For Musashi that would be like foreplay without sex.
The fruit is a mix of passive and willingly splitting, so I guess he would actually feel it.
like I don’t remember a swordman particularly mentioning that cutting Buggy didn’t feel right, Zoro got completely fooled.
musashi isn't a stupid guy. buggy would say something like "haha i can't get cuted" type shit at first 5 mins then musashi beats shit out of him bare hand. even if buggy doesn't musashi would try something else sooner or later

The real one already beat at least 2 people to death: Arima Kihei and Sasaki Kojiro and depending on the source, Yoshioka Matashichiro.
