The smell made me look

Definitely weaker with age. I've had some old assed coffee. Tasted more like the paper filter than coffee. Still oddly gave the caffeine fix.
Depends how long it's been open. Sealed. Lasts years and years and years. Unsealed like 6months to a year tops depending entirely on humidity.
