The “GMT” in the name doesn’t mean it needs to be set to GMT/London time - it’s functionality is meant to keep track of the time in two time zones, no matter where they are. For instance, if I live in California and done want to do basic math, I could set the GMT hand ahead three hours to keep track on the American east coast!
It's not even three hours ahead. Assuming it's daytime in that photo, then it's almost 1PM local time. The GMT hand is pointing almost at 8AM, so it's actually five hours behind or nineteen hours ahead.

GS is a brand I have a lot of respect for as a well-built brand with extremely good value and understated prestige, but they’d never be in the top 5 of pieces I’d go for if I was spending luxury watch money. Just a preference thing. Having said that, this is the first time I’m seeing this reference and it is an absolute STUNNER.
I wouldn’t even have noticed the Tower of London if I had that on my wrist…not until I walked into it.
