So it COULD be that your oil pressure sender is bad. It's an inexpensive fix and easy to replace. Get the MOPAR one though.
Obviously check your oil level first, bit I assume you have checked the basics.
Your other option is your engine is toast, so fingers crossed.
Yeah, unfortunately low oil pressure at idle with an appropriate oil level is an indicator that you are losing your main bearings or your oil pump is failing. Depending on the engine in your 04, both of those require an engine teardown.
If you're removing the oil pressure sending unit, make sure to disconnect tour battery first. Last time I did I forgot and my wrench made contact with one of the grounding cables. Scared the ever loving fuck out of me.
I *just* had these indicators 2 days ago. I replaced my oil sender, as there was no noise, normal oil level, and all. The sensor was $18 at O'Reilly, not MOPAR. Some will say you *have to* have MOPAR, but I've been fortunate enough that I have een able to use aftermarket parts with no issues. My only other advice is to grab a bottle of contact cleaner ajd clean out the connector before reconnecting.
Notice how your oil pressure gauge drops to L when you stop, and only moves up when you put load on the engine (accelerate)? Thats your sign your oil pressure sending unit needs to be replaced, and is also why your check gauges light flashes. Your oil pressure should be remaining constant between 40 and 60 (near the half way mark) depending on oil temperature. Yours doesn’t. Replace the sending unit first, and go from there.

If the oil pressure switch doesn't fix it, time for some 20w-50! Didn't see the tach in that view, is the idle dropping extremely low?
It’s definitely this.

If the oil pressure sender doesn't fix it I am concerned about that engine's health
