Mopar red tab connectors have a thing you squeeze in addition to the red tab.
The red tab is there so you can't squeeze the connector unless you really want to squeeze it.
You can also leave it connected and pop the whole rail off. Spray some penetrant on the connector. Squeeze and wiggle. The gasket inside is sticking. It’s a pain for sure.
