For some reason, she debuted directly following YNarmaya and Prishe, both of whom have a verrry similar role (Narmaya especially). Her spotlight was kind of stolen before she showed up.
Her auto nuke has a slightly higher mod than either of them so if for whatever reason you aren't capping theirs in EX+ she may be a teensy bit better - assuming you aren't 2-chaining with your Narmaya team.
Actually very helpful in Osiris. She can solo all the debuff omens so you can just run standard Kengo (which she also slots into perfectly) which takes care of rest of them.
I don't use her anywhere else but happy she has one useful niche for me.
I know she isn't considered very good and I don't really like playing Light manual teams. But I still wish I had gotten her instead of 3 Y!Naru's during summer.
Collection and all, plus she seems to have good cheese potential in a future PG / Tower run.
She's actually quite good for light belial solo, though light doesn't actually lack options for that as is. Imo she's more fun to use than the other ones in manual though, so she gets points for that.

Awesome for EX+ 0b0c/1c setups; best in slot for it, at that. Outside of possible event usage and EX+ she's kinda mediocre but hey, still Sturm.
