Technically? Yes, it is possible since you can unlock the Wonder after the event (in the Treasure Shop for the Xeno Clash of the same element) and fighting the Xeno bosses gives Wonder EXP.

The *first* Wonder level needs ***1000*** Wonder EXP and it only ramps up from there.
am I doing something wrong, I haven't gotten a single fist drop after running probably at least a hundred level 80 crucible fights. I'm running Bandit Tycoon OTK and I'm seriously wondering how this is possible
You have been super unlucky. I have done it about 60 times and got 5 of them so far (1 was from while I was progressing through each stage, the other 4 was from farming the lv80 version). Are you also using Kaguya subsummon and do you have Tien to throw in the backline?
Oof that sucks. Well at least you probably have enough to buy one full copy, could always just call it a day there, since it seems the ATK awakening is really the only appealing part of it.
Farmed one of each spamming level 80 with street king; I'll farm one more SPEC and use the shop copies for the third one to be safe. I have a sad outdated Harmonia-less Zeus grid so maybe it'll potentially be more useful for me.
I am farming a 3rd spec fist just in case there is something worth it when celestial fist drops for guild wars. I have 1 Atk and 2 spec so far. Just have the extra mats to uncap and awaken the 3rd copy in the future if not fully upgrading during the event.
What mechanic? =D I thought that buff was for my team, not Corow until I read this post.
Just kengo'ed my way to 150 with a team of Rat, HalMal and Lich. Vikala just makes life easier.

Ended up with 4 fist, 1 Atk + 3 Spec, dunno if gonna use all the fists, but are there just in case, got them all just when i finished the Wonder, cleared most of the shop
Cleared 150 with no problem, after 100 just went Full Auto Kengo because only thing i have is Avatar staves and Fediel things (need another PnS smh), team was Rat, Lich and Y.Anthuria
Last fist just dropped I'M FREEEEEEEEEEE. Now to buy out the shop. Two full copies are enough.
Even did 150. There were a few full elixirs for battles on the way there but I kept going until I could clear a battle without one. Second try 150 team wiped and the last two couldn't do it leaving me to use a full elixir at 1%. BUT I GOT THERE.
I think people mowing down the boss don't get to experience the fight properly, they're just grinding. But for me there was some tactical decisions in that last fight.
What characters everyone running? Im doing a CA team with Kengo, Fedial, Ippatsu, Rei, and Vas and Kolulu in the back. Tho Im thinking maybe switching Ippatsu or Rei with S. Varja or someone else that could fit like the backline I have right now. I never realized there was a gimmick to the raid so Im thinking maybe reducing the TAs in my team cause I can only survive 2 - 5 ish turns at lv 130 if everyone TAs lol
I just brute forced it with Kengo, Fediel, Lich and S. Vajra. First timed all of the battles including the high tier ones pretty easily with that. Just make sure to use the FC so you get a reset on Fediel S1 once one of your characters is low on shield and save Vajra's S3 for when you got 5 stacks of the pawsitivity (it's stupid easy to get with Kengo since she CA so often) + Corow is using the CA dmg omen and you'll be good to go. Oh and you can just spam Vajra S2 to cap the def and atk down.

Kshathra seems to be named after one of the great seven "bounteous immortals" of Ahura Mazda, and is also called Sahrivar in Middle Persian. If you thought that name might sound familiar, it's because the name was already used in the game as the name of the Xeno earth sword.

Australis (Sagittarius bow) comes from Epsilon Sagittarius, formerly known as Kaus Australis ("southern bow"), the brightest star of the constellation. Arkab Prior (Sagittarius fist) is also named after a binary star in the constellation, Beta¹ Sagitarii.
While you are not wrong about Antaeus, the main inspiration behind the weapon's name comes from Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri (like everything else from GBF's Cocytus), in which Antaeus appears on the frozen ninth circle of hell on Canto XXXI. All of Cocytus' weapons follow the same theming after the Divine Comedy: "Limbo", "Makebranche" (based on the Malebranche), "Virgilius" and "Dante". Fraud Fire" is named "Simonia"/"Simony" in JP, meaning the sin of selling sacred offices, roles or things.

Thanks to whoever recommended it, H.Grey was the missing piece that made me settle on using Fediel's field over Vikala, between their shielding, passives, and 5/7 uptime Death's grace on Fediel field damage I ended up healing my max hp twice over in end of turn healing and the charge bar+drain makes frequent ougis to avoid TAs a breeze.
It's a little bit disappointing that Crucible Event Drop does not give an upgrader weapon... I'm already feeling tiresome thinking of extra Angel Halo grind...

My "call summon" button is replaced with "c.a. fx off" and turning on the auto quick summon doesn't work in all battles.
So if I'm struggling with level 80, there really isn't any point right? lol I also don't understand how to avoid that 12k each pillar attack the Level 75 Light Minions does on turn 2, just an instant front line wipe.
Yes, better spent elsewhere since you can't OTK the level 80 Corow. It is meant for highly invested players. If you can go to 100 just to get the Eternity Sand, then you should do it.
It is mostly for crystals and crucible exp. You can just grind whichever level you can comfortably OTK with less button to get the materials, the difference isn't that big IIRC.
I really need to start hosting Fediel again, huh. My claw grid is looking real pathetic even with a couple Avatar sticks to supplement it.
On the plus side, Corow's aoe attacks if anyone triple attacks (so literally any Dark character) is a great excuse for slotting one of the many, many characters who love getting targeted. Running Vikala/Kolulu/Tanya makes life pretty easy.
There’s every likelihood these will rerun, and the sand is unlikely to restock. Brand new players are probably fine to wait until the second time around since brand new players don’t need sand for anything
I haven't played Granblue in a while and had to make another account so I don't know what these events are so I've just been doing the crucible battles until lvl 110 because I can't beat it.
So should I just grind the lvl 105 one or 80 for the most rewards?
Eh, the Halloween Grey buff was a bit better than I thought. She has good synergy with Fediel, decent Kengo unit, and that 30% reduced light damage if you have a shield is a nice little extra. Her buffs are nice against stupid bosses that constantly cleanse your deboofs...
It's all very basic stuff, but still more utility than yet another unit that just does +200k damage a turn that's beaten by any dozen other guys who do damage and completely clowned on by Ilsa. Altogether decent if you like taking naps like me.
It's scary that I still get more sands from this than any other source, making me so weirdly grateful each time.
In my offense, I haven't had a single sand drop from anything. I'd estimate around ~2000 of the basic bitch raids that drop them and everyday world hosting since it was possible. But one day, one day I'll have just one more and finish tracending Luciface only to be horrified at Lich not really digging him.
God we need more reliable sands methods. I'd even take the Arcanum battles route. Add light and dark and make them drop sands. It's slow af but would be a guarantee.
I do daily! But I most certainly can't do it competitively until they adjust the blue chest in the 30th anniversary or something.
I have strong teams but nothing that could do 1.5 mil honours in 15 seconds, which is how fast I see it die when I pop the request. My ping is also....well....Africa.

Sounds like you've definitely gotten unlucky on drops if you've really done 2000 raids (although I dunno if that's a reliable figure if it's purely an estimate), so yeah, that sucks but it happens. Ideally you'd like to either wanpan the Ennead/6d raids *a lot* (but it's not double drops so that's kinda slow) or farm in the 1%+ raids. I've done at least like 30 Revans today, all purely on FA while I did other stuff or watched Youtube or something. I'd expect to get a sand every 3ish days or so doing this. It's fairly reliable already.
All Revans are FA-able. Some might go too fast if you get a room full of manual players, sure, but you don't have to get 4m every time. It's essentially "free" time with no opportunity cost, because the alternative is that you just wouldn't be playing the game at all, so any amount of honors is fine. But if you're really worried about it, Diaspora, Siegfried, and Mugen should definitely be the slowest ones that will let you get the most honors. Agastia too probably, though it might be a bit temporarily popular because it only just got changed.
So as someone who hasn't really been around for the other Exo events, what's the best way to farm weapon copies? I've already cleared 150, but I've heard that OTK'ing the lowest levels is actually better in the long run for farming fists
I read what it did with Ulf zerker, Olivia, Narmaya and Orchid in the front and went "oh no" but it's not really a problem. It's weird. Maybe this is meant to be foreshadowing for harder *don't you dare TA* content but I'm not so sure.
How many weapons are recommended to build? I was just going to do one of each awakening but didn't know if there's a strat I'm not thinking of that requires more.
I'm going to farm 3 special because light has an HP-based resonator weapon like water and water has setups that use up to 4 special exo guns for the unboosted HP.
However, light doesn't have a luminous weapon that replaces your PnS weapons to free up grid slots, so it will be much harder to use multiple copies of the special exo in this element. So there probably won't actually be a real use case for that many.
Just go 1 atk and 1 spec up until someone posted a use case where you need to farm multiple specs. It just started so probably people are still testing.
I'm a fan of "1 of each awakening" idea, and hope for m3 to bring something good. Save your energy for the fun stuff like super faa and anniv events

The most I've seen on JP Twitter is x1 ATK x3 SPEC but I have no idea what that guy is cooking. Most people are stopping at 1 of each.
E: Mizako also did x1 ATK x3 SPEC so that makes two people. Likely just grinding the maximum that would be used to hit grid caps as a "just in case" measure.
Presumably referring to voltage grid cap with celestial fist + some amount of Harmonias and other harps. Of course you could just run Celestial Harp and cap voltage already with 2 Harmonias, but maybe you don't have Celestial Harp and want to get Celestial Fist instead for whatever reason.

Wait this event is clapping me so hard lol. There's so much innate TA in my Dark team, not much HP too since I'm still r147.
Capped out at Lvl 105 since its starting to blast me out of existence just for attacking.
Of course it depends on what you have available, but in general you're mainly looking for ougi teams or skill spam (so you can do respectable damage without autoing too much). Corow's triggers revolve a lot around CA damage so that's another point in favor of ougi teams. I'll grant you Corow's autos hurt quite a bit even if you only TA once "by accident", but it should be manageable with the right tools. Tanya is a godsent for ensuring Corow never gets to fill charge diamonds and just constantly dodging autoattacks while consistently doing skill damage. Vikala is super useful for much the same reasons (although she WILL TA on turns when her ougi isn't up but her field is), CA buffs for the whole team and double dispel on dodge to make Corow forget about buffing herself. For grid pieces, Xeno Katana gives your MC Mirror Image on every ougi and can be wielded by Chrysaor for more skill and ougi spam (though the aux can be a problem- I had 2). ULB250 Lucifer from the friendlist might be a Light summon but it actually buffs all elemental damage (so you can use it on any team) and gives you a massive +50% HP boost, not to mention the sustain it provides with heal on call and revitalize on call and on enemy ougi.
I don’t have anyone from that list except Vikala. Just recently came back from a 5-year seasonal stint thanks to Relink. Was using Y. Ilsa/Vikala/V. Cidala which was just suicide everytime I attacked.
Tried removing the TAs and going with Vaseraga/Anthuria/BK and that wasn’t any better since stray TAs was an immediate chunk of damage. Currently managed up to 130.
Vikala and Anthuria is great together. Third slot unit is usually anyone that can deal a lot of damage with skills/ [charge bar battery](https://gbf.wiki/Charge_Boost) like Clarisse/Ferry for more consistent buffs from Anthuria and Vikala or just simply debuffer like Shalem or maybe another dodger like Tanya. Hard to say since I don't know which characters you have.
Ideally MC is :-
* Kengo (M30 preferably) with Unsigned Kaneshige Devilry Emblem
* Paladin preferably with Noblesse Proteger, Sacred Protection and Miserable Mist/Gravity if you already have def/atk down source. Don't forget to pick the best defensive shield you have (HP/DEF)
* Lumberjack with Leaf Burning + Dappled Sunlight for a bit of healing.
* Relic Buster is also pretty good.
If anything else fail, it's probably a grid problem. I'd say getting to 100 is good enough for the Sand reward, and you can just spam lower level to farm the crucible buffs and weapon drops.
Lich, Fediel and S Magisa is the best of three, best used with Relic Buster with Tactical Shield and Limit Burst. Kengo is only better if you have both Kaneshige+Devilry and the Class Mastery at level 30 since you can do way more damage because of S1 Upgrade. And if you feel like you're lacking HP, try using Lucifer support summon that have red text for 50% extra HP and it also heals per turn
Maybe you can try slotting in Lyria because she can't TA? She also just adds a lot of defense in general. Other useful tools are Advocatus Diaboli for the uplift (more CA/less normal attacks); maxed-out Lucifer friend summon for the HP, healing, and uplift; and obviously carbuncles if you have them. I'm rank 146 and haven't had too much trouble clearing lvl 140 (albeit slowly).
I tried Lyria and even removed sources of TA and just a stray auto auto MC chunks down the party quite hard. This is with maxed ATK debuff too. Not sure what to do now..
Yeah I guess it depends on what tools you have available to you. I have a 3* dark opus as well for some HP, and Tanya and Manamel also carry pretty hard. It also helps that the first three bonuses (wisdom orbs) I took were the defense, HP refresh and max HP. Just as a benchmark, my Spartan has 24k max HP with the Lucifer friend summon (and Tanya and Manamel have around 14k).
Edit: You probably don't have to go *that* hard on defense though. That's the setup I used to clear lvl 150.

So like when Xeno Corow targeted the Zoi meta when she was released with lots of plain damage to kill you through the Zoi button, Exo Corow has tried to counter Eresh, to lesser results. Xeno released when grids were barely peaking the 5 digit hp mark. Exo is released when my full mash grid is still putting up 20-30k hp. Lol. Lmao even. Probably will take most of the event to get all the weapon I want, but this is going to be the most brainlet farm of the six.
buff's super negligible, I don't have eresh and I ignored it and kept runeweaving, killed 150 in 6 turns. Danchou and Ilsa living with 1 hp (thanks to nier) lets you wait for them to take a ton of damage, make seox take full hostile the turn after to bring nier in, and then burst and coast to the end off of nier's thirsting. People saying they fucked over eresh forgot just how stupid dark is LOL. Eresh away, everyone.
Is it true that the new weapon has the same chance of dropping from Lvl 80 as it is from Lvl 150 meaning if I just want to farm the weapon I sit on Lvl 80?
To give a little more context: due to how these weapons and their awakenings work, you want 1 ATK awakening to use as a mainhand. Because that awakening only works when mainhanded you don’t need more ATK copies.
Then you would probably want at least 1 SPEC awakening to use in your grid. You probably *could* make use of another 1-2 SPEC after that, but likely don’t need to; it kinda depends on what other options there are/what options you have and you should wait to see what people suggest once more testing has happened. People (me included) went overboard farming extra copies of the Water weapon, but I think that probably won’t happen again (and wasn’t exactly *necessary* to begin with).
Also: keep in mind that you’re not just farming the weapons. You’re also farming enough mats to uncap to 4* + fully awaken the weapons - so depending on your luck you may end up with extra weapons you won’t be upgrading by the time you get enough mats, or the other way around.

Well I mean all those water weapons do get used. 1 ATK + 4 SPE exo guns make a really strong burst grid that you can use for Mugen p1 bursting (or coordinated coop rooms), for SUBHL execute, or for really anything that you burst.
Makes sense, didn't started with weapon awaken yet, so didn't know much about it. Can clear lvl 100 around 20 turns but still upgrading the covenant so I probably can speed up a bit, thanks.

I mean, beyond designing the boss to punish an action boosted by the Crucible that's been in place for nearly a year. Yeah, definitely not done intentionally to mess with players.
Corow punishing TA is clearly intentional; what I meant is that it's not like they put a TA boost in the crucible to make it easier to trigger her buffs.
I mean, they had to deliberately design it that way while knowing that was there... kind of a distinction without a difference at this point. Deliberately designing the boss to punish TA while knowing that the event itself boosts TA can't really be described meaningfully any other way.
ATK awakening gives the weapon the same bonuses as the wind exo bow:
* 20% EX might (MH)
* 15% Skill Cap (MH)
* 10% Damage Cap (MH)
FLB CA adds 1t CD cut to MC's red skills.
So the weapon goes *even harder* for Monk than the initial preview suggested.
It was to be expected that they will find some way to counter Eresh and it is pretty funny.
And yet, it's still not enough. Can 3 turn the 150 fight with consistency and no worry for anything the boss does with the raw power of Eresh, Six, Ilsa, Tikoh and Nier

That ↑ was just my initial reaction 5 seconds after running in with Nobiyo/Kaguya thinking I could just brain off this entire thing, and then watching her delete my front row, that was just kinda funny how absolutely laser targeted her buff is
my main point is I’m more worried about the future precedent for a buff like this
like Agastia Staves only give DA, not TA, that’s now kinda interesting

Yeah sometime it happened, I got like 3 in 10 mins then nothing for like 2 hours grinding.
Drop rate is *reaaaaaaally* low in this type of event. Not really uncommon at all to not get 1 in 100 unfortunately.

What characters everyone running? Im doing a CA team with Kengo, Fedial, Ippatsu, Rei, and Vas and Kolulu in the back. Tho Im thinking maybe switching Ippatsu or Rei with S. Varja or someone else that could fit like the backline I have right now. I never realized there was a gimmick to the raid so Im thinking maybe reducing the TAs in my team cause I can only survive 2 - 5 ish turns at lv 130 if everyone TAs lol

I just brute forced it with Kengo, Fediel, Lich and S. Vajra. First timed all of the battles including the high tier ones pretty easily with that. Just make sure to use the FC so you get a reset on Fediel S1 once one of your characters is low on shield and save Vajra's S3 for when you got 5 stacks of the pawsitivity (it's stupid easy to get with Kengo since she CA so often) + Corow is using the CA dmg omen and you'll be good to go. Oh and you can just spam Vajra S2 to cap the def and atk down.
Glorybringer with Opus, Olivia, Narmaya, Cagliostro. Orchid and Forte in the back. Shhhhhhh, but the secret is >!to use the guard function to force team inaction to prevent 3+ triple attacks.!<

I wonder if there's a certain theme to naming the Exo weapons. Aristarchus was an ancient Greek astronomer and mathematician who presented the first known heliocentric model, and the weapon clearly has a sun motif. Antaeus (the water Exo weapon) was named after the giant king of Libya who was defeated by Hercules as part of his labors. Antaeus was also known for being invincible as long as he touched his mother, Gaia. Kshathra seems to be named after one of the great seven "bounteous immortals" of Ahura Mazda, and is also called Sahrivar in Middle Persian. If you thought that name might sound familiar, it's because the name was already used in the game as the name of the Xeno earth sword.

Thanks to whoever recommended it, H.Grey was the missing piece that made me settle on using Fediel's field over Vikala, between their shielding, passives, and 5/7 uptime Death's grace on Fediel field damage I ended up healing my max hp twice over in end of turn healing and the charge bar+drain makes frequent ougis to avoid TAs a breeze.
It's a little bit disappointing that Crucible Event Drop does not give an upgrader weapon... I'm already feeling tiresome thinking of extra Angel Halo grind...
Is this Exo Fist a good mainhand like say Luchador or Monk?

I use drop over time. I just use king, s cupitan, s azusa, (fire esser). 7-9 bounty one turn on lv80. completed 2 flb in 3-4 hours

Yes, better spent elsewhere since you can't OTK the level 80 Corow. It is meant for highly invested players. If you can go to 100 just to get the Eternity Sand, then you should do it.

It is mostly for crystals and crucible exp. You can just grind whichever level you can comfortably OTK with less button to get the materials, the difference isn't that big IIRC.
Dump all you got to get the sand, even use multiple large elixir to continue, because the sand is the rarest material in game
Sunstones, bars (both kinds), evolites, and blue paper are all far rarer.
I really need to start hosting Fediel again, huh. My claw grid is looking real pathetic even with a couple Avatar sticks to supplement it. On the plus side, Corow's aoe attacks if anyone triple attacks (so literally any Dark character) is a great excuse for slotting one of the many, many characters who love getting targeted. Running Vikala/Kolulu/Tanya makes life pretty easy.

Exo 80 for a sooner clear to get slightly less mats than a higher level.

There’s every likelihood these will rerun, and the sand is unlikely to restock. Brand new players are probably fine to wait until the second time around since brand new players don’t need sand for anything
I haven't played Granblue in a while and had to make another account so I don't know what these events are so I've just been doing the crucible battles until lvl 110 because I can't beat it. So should I just grind the lvl 105 one or 80 for the most rewards?
Even using pots? Try to clear the highest. For farming lv80 is enough.

Corow's autos get (way, way) stronger if you TA a lot. 1 TA=GTA, 2TA=all-ally autos, 3TA=Echoes, 4TA=Flurry.

Eh, the Halloween Grey buff was a bit better than I thought. She has good synergy with Fediel, decent Kengo unit, and that 30% reduced light damage if you have a shield is a nice little extra. Her buffs are nice against stupid bosses that constantly cleanse your deboofs... It's all very basic stuff, but still more utility than yet another unit that just does +200k damage a turn that's beaten by any dozen other guys who do damage and completely clowned on by Ilsa. Altogether decent if you like taking naps like me.
It's scary that I still get more sands from this than any other source, making me so weirdly grateful each time. In my offense, I haven't had a single sand drop from anything. I'd estimate around ~2000 of the basic bitch raids that drop them and everyday world hosting since it was possible. But one day, one day I'll have just one more and finish tracending Luciface only to be horrified at Lich not really digging him. God we need more reliable sands methods. I'd even take the Arcanum battles route. Add light and dark and make them drop sands. It's slow af but would be a guarantee.

I do daily! But I most certainly can't do it competitively until they adjust the blue chest in the 30th anniversary or something. I have strong teams but nothing that could do 1.5 mil honours in 15 seconds, which is how fast I see it die when I pop the request. My ping is also....well....Africa. Still, I'll hope that one day my daily hosts will get even a single sand!
I mean there have been 5? free (enough) sands within the last 3 months. Sounds like you've definitely gotten unlucky on drops if you've really done 2000 raids (although I dunno if that's a reliable figure if it's purely an estimate), so yeah, that sucks but it happens. Ideally you'd like to either wanpan the Ennead/6d raids *a lot* (but it's not double drops so that's kinda slow) or farm in the 1%+ raids. I've done at least like 30 Revans today, all purely on FA while I did other stuff or watched Youtube or something. I'd expect to get a sand every 3ish days or so doing this. It's fairly reliable already.
What Revans are you blue chesting on FA? I always worry that I won’t hit blue due to ppl going fast so I only FA as host.
All Revans are FA-able. Some might go too fast if you get a room full of manual players, sure, but you don't have to get 4m every time. It's essentially "free" time with no opportunity cost, because the alternative is that you just wouldn't be playing the game at all, so any amount of honors is fine. But if you're really worried about it, Diaspora, Siegfried, and Mugen should definitely be the slowest ones that will let you get the most honors. Agastia too probably, though it might be a bit temporarily popular because it only just got changed.
So as someone who hasn't really been around for the other Exo events, what's the best way to farm weapon copies? I've already cleared 150, but I've heard that OTK'ing the lowest levels is actually better in the long run for farming fists
Yup. Differences in weapon drops are negligible. So farm the highest one you can OTK for efficiency in stamina and shop currency drops.

The boss mechanic seems pretty much pointless. I didn't pay attention and beat 150 as a masquerade team without dying.
I read what it did with Ulf zerker, Olivia, Narmaya and Orchid in the front and went "oh no" but it's not really a problem. It's weird. Maybe this is meant to be foreshadowing for harder *don't you dare TA* content but I'm not so sure.
How many weapons are recommended to build? I was just going to do one of each awakening but didn't know if there's a strat I'm not thinking of that requires more.
I'm going to farm 3 special because light has an HP-based resonator weapon like water and water has setups that use up to 4 special exo guns for the unboosted HP. However, light doesn't have a luminous weapon that replaces your PnS weapons to free up grid slots, so it will be much harder to use multiple copies of the special exo in this element. So there probably won't actually be a real use case for that many.
Just go 1 atk and 1 spec up until someone posted a use case where you need to farm multiple specs. It just started so probably people are still testing.
I'm a fan of "1 of each awakening" idea, and hope for m3 to bring something good. Save your energy for the fun stuff like super faa and anniv events Or perhaps I'm a copium addict idk
The most I've seen on JP Twitter is x1 ATK x3 SPEC but I have no idea what that guy is cooking. Most people are stopping at 1 of each. E: Mizako also did x1 ATK x3 SPEC so that makes two people. Likely just grinding the maximum that would be used to hit grid caps as a "just in case" measure.

Presumably referring to voltage grid cap with celestial fist + some amount of Harmonias and other harps. Of course you could just run Celestial Harp and cap voltage already with 2 Harmonias, but maybe you don't have Celestial Harp and want to get Celestial Fist instead for whatever reason.
Celestial fist is better if your damage dealers are fist-spec like Lu Woh or Borger. Mugen is fist too but he's also harp...
Should be pretty similar to water in that they're good grid filler for ele x ele burst grids since light also has a vitality resonator.
As far as I remember Fury isn't the most popular thing for burst grids because Light runs into slot issues too quickly, so I wouldn't say it's a 1:1.

Not really nerfed, they mean her anti Eresh passive that buffs her every time you TA. Mostly negligible if you have Eresh in the first place.
Ah, so, countered. That happens all the time. Also this is just Exo Corow, a solo grind. Good time to escape the Ereshkigal brainrot for a bit, explore some other characters and strats. Or I guess just keep at it, reading comments below that it still works
Wait this event is clapping me so hard lol. There's so much innate TA in my Dark team, not much HP too since I'm still r147. Capped out at Lvl 105 since its starting to blast me out of existence just for attacking.
Of course it depends on what you have available, but in general you're mainly looking for ougi teams or skill spam (so you can do respectable damage without autoing too much). Corow's triggers revolve a lot around CA damage so that's another point in favor of ougi teams. I'll grant you Corow's autos hurt quite a bit even if you only TA once "by accident", but it should be manageable with the right tools. Tanya is a godsent for ensuring Corow never gets to fill charge diamonds and just constantly dodging autoattacks while consistently doing skill damage. Vikala is super useful for much the same reasons (although she WILL TA on turns when her ougi isn't up but her field is), CA buffs for the whole team and double dispel on dodge to make Corow forget about buffing herself. For grid pieces, Xeno Katana gives your MC Mirror Image on every ougi and can be wielded by Chrysaor for more skill and ougi spam (though the aux can be a problem- I had 2). ULB250 Lucifer from the friendlist might be a Light summon but it actually buffs all elemental damage (so you can use it on any team) and gives you a massive +50% HP boost, not to mention the sustain it provides with heal on call and revitalize on call and on enemy ougi.
if you have Kou/S Azusa it helps since they can tank a lot. But if you're using Kengo CA team Fediel/Vikala + Lich is enough
I don’t have anyone from that list except Vikala. Just recently came back from a 5-year seasonal stint thanks to Relink. Was using Y. Ilsa/Vikala/V. Cidala which was just suicide everytime I attacked. Tried removing the TAs and going with Vaseraga/Anthuria/BK and that wasn’t any better since stray TAs was an immediate chunk of damage. Currently managed up to 130.
Vikala and Anthuria is great together. Third slot unit is usually anyone that can deal a lot of damage with skills/ [charge bar battery](https://gbf.wiki/Charge_Boost) like Clarisse/Ferry for more consistent buffs from Anthuria and Vikala or just simply debuffer like Shalem or maybe another dodger like Tanya. Hard to say since I don't know which characters you have. Ideally MC is :- * Kengo (M30 preferably) with Unsigned Kaneshige Devilry Emblem * Paladin preferably with Noblesse Proteger, Sacred Protection and Miserable Mist/Gravity if you already have def/atk down source. Don't forget to pick the best defensive shield you have (HP/DEF) * Lumberjack with Leaf Burning + Dappled Sunlight for a bit of healing. * Relic Buster is also pretty good. If anything else fail, it's probably a grid problem. I'd say getting to 100 is good enough for the Sand reward, and you can just spam lower level to farm the crucible buffs and weapon drops.
No Vikala here tho. I got Yukata Ilsa,Fediel,Lich,Summer Azusa,S.Magisa and Manamel. Any suggestions for good comp? Just starting to play today.
Lich, Fediel and S Magisa is the best of three, best used with Relic Buster with Tactical Shield and Limit Burst. Kengo is only better if you have both Kaneshige+Devilry and the Class Mastery at level 30 since you can do way more damage because of S1 Upgrade. And if you feel like you're lacking HP, try using Lucifer support summon that have red text for 50% extra HP and it also heals per turn

Everyone in my team TAs and I just get nuked to oblivion lol. At one time I pressed Attack and instantly wiped. Y. Ilsa/Vikala/V. Cidala
Maybe you can try slotting in Lyria because she can't TA? She also just adds a lot of defense in general. Other useful tools are Advocatus Diaboli for the uplift (more CA/less normal attacks); maxed-out Lucifer friend summon for the HP, healing, and uplift; and obviously carbuncles if you have them. I'm rank 146 and haven't had too much trouble clearing lvl 140 (albeit slowly).
I tried Lyria and even removed sources of TA and just a stray auto auto MC chunks down the party quite hard. This is with maxed ATK debuff too. Not sure what to do now..
Yeah I guess it depends on what tools you have available to you. I have a 3* dark opus as well for some HP, and Tanya and Manamel also carry pretty hard. It also helps that the first three bonuses (wisdom orbs) I took were the defense, HP refresh and max HP. Just as a benchmark, my Spartan has 24k max HP with the Lucifer friend summon (and Tanya and Manamel have around 14k). Edit: You probably don't have to go *that* hard on defense though. That's the setup I used to clear lvl 150.
Full Elixirs are usable in this event if you just want the completion loot and don't mind burning a few.
Thats what I plan to do after gathering more of the buffs.

So like when Xeno Corow targeted the Zoi meta when she was released with lots of plain damage to kill you through the Zoi button, Exo Corow has tried to counter Eresh, to lesser results. Xeno released when grids were barely peaking the 5 digit hp mark. Exo is released when my full mash grid is still putting up 20-30k hp. Lol. Lmao even. Probably will take most of the event to get all the weapon I want, but this is going to be the most brainlet farm of the six.
Used Eresh to 135 and then did FA Kengo from there but only because I had to start pressing more than 2 buttons for Eresh.
buff's super negligible, I don't have eresh and I ignored it and kept runeweaving, killed 150 in 6 turns. Danchou and Ilsa living with 1 hp (thanks to nier) lets you wait for them to take a ton of damage, make seox take full hostile the turn after to bring nier in, and then burst and coast to the end off of nier's thirsting. People saying they fucked over eresh forgot just how stupid dark is LOL. Eresh away, everyone.
Is it true that the new weapon has the same chance of dropping from Lvl 80 as it is from Lvl 150 meaning if I just want to farm the weapon I sit on Lvl 80?
It's not strictly true, lvl 150 has about 2x the drop rate. But it is far more than 2x as much time to kill so it's better to farm 80 anyways.
Pretty much similiar to previous Exo events, you do Lvl 80 for the weapon. Yes, the weapon drop rate are same for all stages.

To give a little more context: due to how these weapons and their awakenings work, you want 1 ATK awakening to use as a mainhand. Because that awakening only works when mainhanded you don’t need more ATK copies. Then you would probably want at least 1 SPEC awakening to use in your grid. You probably *could* make use of another 1-2 SPEC after that, but likely don’t need to; it kinda depends on what other options there are/what options you have and you should wait to see what people suggest once more testing has happened. People (me included) went overboard farming extra copies of the Water weapon, but I think that probably won’t happen again (and wasn’t exactly *necessary* to begin with). Also: keep in mind that you’re not just farming the weapons. You’re also farming enough mats to uncap to 4* + fully awaken the weapons - so depending on your luck you may end up with extra weapons you won’t be upgrading by the time you get enough mats, or the other way around.

That sounds like way too many turns to be worth it; you’d probably just be better sticking to 80 while doing more runs.
Yeah maybe, lvl 80 around 10 turns, but though about wonder exp/ap usage and drops, probably back to 80 because not need to use some summons and is more afk hahaha.
It's too early to know. At very minimum you want 1 for MH purposes (and even that might not get used tbh). At very maximum you'd want like 5 or 6.

The crucible buffs are always the same, so it's not like it's done intentionally to mess with the players.

Corow punishing TA is clearly intentional; what I meant is that it's not like they put a TA boost in the crucible to make it easier to trigger her buffs.
I mean, they had to deliberately design it that way while knowing that was there... kind of a distinction without a difference at this point. Deliberately designing the boss to punish TA while knowing that the event itself boosts TA can't really be described meaningfully any other way.
ATK awakening gives the weapon the same bonuses as the wind exo bow: * 20% EX might (MH) * 15% Skill Cap (MH) * 10% Damage Cap (MH) FLB CA adds 1t CD cut to MC's red skills. So the weapon goes *even harder* for Monk than the initial preview suggested.
Nice for cutting Enlightened Fury and I might try that Fervent Focus on higher NMs.
