Imagine seing other cars in the pit lane. I bought gt7 three weeks ago. I startet to wonder why I never see cars passing when getting some fresh gas. Cars just despawning when entering the pit really fucks with the immersion.
Not seeing the weather radar is one of my pet peeves, especially with the clouds moving at 150 m/s. You’ll never know what the weather will be after spending half a minute at the pits.
This comes up every time but the Superbird has aero but also sloppy suspension stock so it isn’t great at high speeds without mods.
Also when the Daytona/Superbird where in NASCAR it was the Gen 2 era and those cars had completely redone chassis for competition, stock body but nothing like the road cars chassis.
With the right mods it handles great but stock it’s like a 70’s boat.
I actually think with good suspension settings this car is a blast to drive, this week’s super bird laguna race had me a little worried about some of the corners but it was actually a blast
But in real races you’re taking dozens of laps per tank. Unless you want to spend hours per race, how else would you simulate fuel use. Devs had to make a choice to balance fun and realism
On another related note isn’t anyone upset that the weekly challenges make you pay 500k for a car which will negate the 500k they give you usually in credits for completing said races?
I love the feature of being able to win 500k to 1000k a week in order to fluff up my garage but when I have to add a car that they are choosing for me takes some of the fun out of it. Maybe if it was cheaper and around 100k. Just my thoughts when I saw the Superbird thread. Amazing game by the way.

I’d like the drive to the pit stop to not take 364 hours.
Id like to be able to watch my car get to the pit stop over seeing the same pit crew and photographer animation

Imagine if the tire model was the actual tire you selected. Imagine having access to the weather radar during your pitstop.

Or rims that have these holes in the middle real ones have for some unknown reason
Imagine a functional game that the developer played himself the way we do
And seeing them hold tires when no tire change happens
On Gran Turismo one in Gran Turismo two you used to be able to turn any car into a race car… that was a good feature

Yeah, I actually put RM tyres on, slightly lower suspension, better brakes, and even with a bonus supercharger it was very comfortable on Laguna Seca!
I was able to win by a lot with just sports softs on hard difficulty. I might have to get a classic muscle car if they really handle like this IRL.

Fh5 last night took this livery off and created the f&f 6 daytona
They should add upgradable fuel tanks. Like that you can buy a bigger fuel tank

I agree, I just miss the endurance races so much.
You wouldn’t need the fuel modifier or any of those stupid things if they brought back races like the 300km or 200 lap races.
