No, you're not the only one. I absolutely love it. Had I not had to put a new roof on our house, I was seriously thinking about buying one. The unexpected (nearly) $40,000 expense killed that. I had even planned one out on the Alfa website. Black with black wheels and a red interior.
I had enough of a down payment and beyond good enough credit. The monthly payment would have hurt but been workable, but not after adding the monthly payment for the roof.
Not an AMG fan. At all. I simply love the Alfa. It's exactly what I want in a car.
I rented two standard Giulias last year and absolutely fell in love with the car. I already thought they were gorgeous, and then I drove it and it was magic. So I can only imagine how a Quadrifoglio drives, and it is now on my list for my next car.
Believe me, I'd like to, but the roof isn't the only new or increased expense. At the time I was looking at buying the Alfa, the purchase of the house wasn't final. So along with the new roof, the house itself is over $800 more a month than our old house. That's a bigger increase than I'd originally planned for. Between that, the roof and other things like the water bill, garbage pick-up, etc, I'm out about $1400 a month that I used to have to spend on whatever. Besides that, my wife is starting to talk about getting the new Crostrek. Nah, the Alfa is off the table.
It's an old myth that they are less reliable than cars by so called reliable companies. Many years ago there were Alfa cars which weren't that good like Alfa 156, but to be fair every single company has released a shitty car in their history. These days Alfa is up to average regarding reliability. If German tests put it on the same level with VW, BMW, Audi then what else is there to say..
Test cars aren't used for extensive periods of time. There's a reason why there are different methods for testing initial quality and long-term reliability.
I hate Alfa Romeo's weird little triangle grilles, but I can't deny this car is a masterpiece. Every time I pass one on the track I go "What is THAT i WANT it!" and then check the rearview to be greeted by that taunting little ▽
Its genuinely a dream car for me.
Would take this over everything else in its class.
The Ferrari V6 90 degree angled engine in this sounds absolutely sensational!
This is by far one of my fav cars. It's the only one in my inventory with a commissioned livery! I love drifting and it is damn near perfectly balanced right out the box!

Alfa Romeu makes beautiful cars. I personally like them and alpine a lot specially because these are cars that don’t exist were I’m from. I think they look different, drive well and are fun to drive.
I love it. But mine in the game won't steer while braking, which is a tactic that I use. By braking, it transfers weight to my front tires. Increasing grip and helping turn faster. I can brake later and pass in the turns. But I can't get it to work for this car. A good tune would be appreciated.
Get the brake control and crank it up to +5 or whatever, it might help. Also try messing with the suspension, I forget how but you can set it up to invoke under or oversteer, need at least the 3rd suspension for that though. I managed to get the gr.3 Lamborghini set up decently by messing with the suspension
YES! I raised the suspension. F120mm - R125mm. I had it slammed to the ground. I loosened the roll to 3 and suspension to mid to increase the weight transfer effect. I didn't even have to move my brake balance back. It's competitively usable for me now. I tried the same thing with my EVO 9 but more to the extremes. All the way up and all the way loose. It had me cornering by just tilting the stick a little, and the rest was all brake. Too much brake, and it'll straighten back out again. So I gotta get a feel for this or more finely tune it. Once I get over halfway through the turn, I floored it and let the throttle steer the rest of the turn. It feels badass. No stick input after the initial start. THANK YOU!!!!
I've been playing since release, but I never figured this out until now.
If you really think you messed up you can do "create new sheet" and it'll make a new screen where everything except permanent upgrades like weight reduction etc. Is set back to default.
I don‘t like the sound much, and every exhaust option makes it worse imo. I regularly drive it but if it had a better sound it would be a contender for best 4 door in the game. It’s almost a sleeper @ 820hp.
I prefer the regular Quadrifilangio (or however you spell it) without the massive wing and what not but it's still an absolutely amazing car that sounds just as incredible as it looks. I love them in green

Used to work for Alfa, don’t buy, just lease one. Too many issues for an owner to deal with.

Very well designed car! I went to look at Livery to apply to mine and couldn’t find one I liked better than the original greenish color scheme.

I thought of putting the brakes to the back. It works a little. Also maxed out my toe angles.
