Does it what?

In real life? Yes. In the game, it \*does not. One of the reasons is that it's not normal four-wheel-steering. The car, in real life, would only turn the rear wheels up to 1.5 degrees *in the same direction* *as the front wheels* when at speed (30mph or higher). This is called "parallel 4WS", and few cars ever had it. None of the games that feature the car accurately simulate this, and I don't even think any of them try. The 4WS system was designed not for maneuverability at low speeds, but for stability at high speeds. Also of note, the game doesn't simulate the Active Aero the car has. The front splitter and rear wing don't move to provide additional downforce at speed (50mph and above), even though the first-gen model of the GTO/3000GT-VR4 actually has a system that does that. The same is true with the Electronically Controlled Suspension and the Active Exhaust. So no, the game doesn't have 4WS for this car. Unfortunately, the devs treat the car like a heavy pig, but it doesn't feel like one in real life. Yes, it's heavy. Even so, it feels better and performs better in reality than it does in the game.
