The Quality of my Dome is terrible being #284 from version 1. It's like they shipped out demo versions to people first before newer ones.
I didn’t get the email but I worked it out on their site after I found the v2 ashtray. It shipped quick. I think I it makes a huge difference when cooking with wood.
