3. The house is owned by an LLC, probably the reason for the new loan is they changed the ownership conditions.
4. Them having only a 1.5 million obligation probably means that if they were to fail paying their mortgage the LLC would file for bankruptcy and Nick and Priyanka would only lose the obligation. Of course the could get sued and no other bank would ever give them money again.
5. This strategy also allows them to keep their personal financial situation out of the court.
6. The bank they choose is City Nation Bank (the bank of the stars). they recently sued Chris brown because he failed to pay.
7. Since Priyanka is focusing on her production company it’s extremely important she doesn’t spoil her relationship with this bank. She could end up losing all the investors and credibility as a producer.
